Neutron Panic, ~175g.  I generally throw max distance around 400-410.

I'm a long-time destroyer thrower, branching out to other brands.  For me, this disc is near indistinguishable in flight to my Halo Destroyers.  When thrown flat at near max power, it holds straight for about 70%, before getting a strong fade.  One thing that sets it apart though is the sharp wing.  Some might not like the feel, but I like the added skip it gives, and I think it also makes it slightly faster/more aerodynamic.

If you're looking for an MVP/Axiom equivalent of your most overstable Destroyer/DD3/Emperor mold, this is a good one to try, maybe just check the profile first and make sure it's not board-flat, as some older MVP discs tend to be.

Wickedly overstable, but not what i would call uncontrollable. I like having a disc like this in the bag to throw those forceover flex shots.

Also, there is no world in which this disc is -1 turn. It's clearly a 0 turn disc.

My go to RHFH disc. Very overtable, will not turn over. GIves me the confidence to forehand this disc with the strength of a major league shortstop turning a double play. Wind, HA no impact.

13 speeds aren't normally my thing, but one of my friends handed me a Panic to try. Based on the flight numbers, I thought it would be way too much disc, but not at all--it's very true to the numbers. At 400'+, I got a beautifully slow stand up to flat line that glides forward with a reliable hard fade at the end. It's a great controllable overstable driver that feels great in the hand for forehand and backhand. A surprisingly versatile disc!

I RHFH mostly. This disc is my go-to super overstable disc and will never turn over...ever..no matter the amount of wind. Its a staple in my bag.

This disc has one of the most reliable flights I've seen and some decent disc to boot. You can make it sail straight with a dump, throw it flat and get a very straight line, or roll it over and it'll do a hard turn and fight out at the end. I used to use a gladiator which i found to be roughly the same but the panics fade isn't as hard and go farther forward. Love this as my workhorse driver!

I have a 174 Neutron Panic that I use as a wind fighter, or big skip overstable driver. It's perfect for wheat it's meant to do, be a wind fighter, or a driver for bigger arms. At this weight in this plastic I haven't had a headwind that would turn it over throwing it RHBH. In a heavy headwind it just goes straight with a solid fade at the end. It's does not have a tom of glide, significantly less dome compared to their other drivers in the 23mm class, and so does not get played with by the wind much. The weaker the headwind, the bigger the bite. It's also great for big skip shots or long spike hyzers. Do not expect this disc to be your long range bomber, look elsewhere for that. As a wind figher or utility disc, however, this fits perfectly in the 23mm class for MVP/Axiom. It's a stable at the overstable side of my drivers for my now.

I absolutely love this disc. It is my go to forehand bomber and I've never found a better forehand disc. Definitely over stable and predictable in any amount of wind. I love to force it over on crazy a  anhyzer angle and allow it to flex out, getting huge distance in the process. If you're a predominately forehand player, you will love this disc.

I had the chance to go out and throw a few of the new MVP and Axiom Drivers today, and by far the Panic was the most overstable, and I'd say it is the most overstable of all the new high speed drivers that I have tried out so far. The Axiom Panic I was throwing was pretty domey, but it didn't really glide like you would think a more domey disc would. That being said, in my experience, not many of the Gyro discs I would say glide very well. But the Panic was still a fun disc to throw. It reminded me quite a bit of the early run Enforcers, or to stay in the MVP and Axiom family, it was like a faster Fireball or Motion. It might hold straight initially out of the hand, but it was always coming back with a vengence at the end of the flight. It had a very dependable fade, and I think at this higher speed it can definitely outfly the Fireball and Motion. So if you are a Gyro thrower looking for that high speed meat hook, the Panic should fit the bill.

Also for those who haven't thrown any of the newer super high speed drivers from the Gyro line, they are definitely a handful, and I would say they aren't as comfortable in the hand as regular plastic discs are. I felt like the rims dug into my palm and I felt it more after throwing several in a row--more than I have ever felt when doing field work with my regular high speed drivers that I keep in my bag. So, just a word of warning for those who haven't thrown them yet. That being said though, the disc still flew as expected once I got the hang of it. After mentioning the feeling of the rim, I would have no hesitation recommending this disc to a friend.

    Super dependable.

Very fast out of the hand, glides down the fairway then has a noticable sharp fade kick in. Tested it into 15mph headwind and it still held up with a very predictable fade.

I think it's a tick less OS than a Nitro, but they are very similar discs. I'm very curious to see how the Panic flies onces it's very beaten in.

The Panic is definitely the most overstable of the high-speed drivers from Axiom that I've tested so far. This disc turns almost immediately upon release, through it can still muster a respectable distance. When it turns, the edge comes down steep and it falls fast. In fact, at only 275 feet it dropped with such a vengence that the outside rim was badly damaged when it hit a sidewalk in the park where I was throwing. Normally if a disc glides to a stop, it can handle a hard surface, but when the edge drops as steeply as the Panic, it can result in quite a blow. Anyway, that doesn't mean that it is a bad disc, by any means. It is just made to be very overstable, and it does it well.

I threw the Panic with a hard anhyzer flex and got very good distance, but the end fade was still dramatic when it made that final turn. That makes it a very good utility disc when you need a sharp turn, or your throwing into some pretty serious head-winds. I didn't like the Panic as much as it's slightly fast brother from MVP, the Dimension (the Panic is more overstable for me than the Dimension).

This is not a driver disc you'd hand to a beginner. They'll wonder why it can't be forced to fly straight. Give a beginner a slower, more understable flyer.
