This disc is underrated. First things first this discs is not 8,5,0,2 it's more like 8,5,-1,1. Out of the box this is straight as a arrow. Once you start throwing it more it beats in nicely. Mine flys understable but always hooks up and finishes at the end of flight. I can hyzerflip this to fly straight or if I throw it anny with be great for a turn over that fights put at the end of the flight. This disc goes sneaky far with minimal effort.

Don't be scared of the 0 turn 2 fade. The numbers are wrong. This disc goes so straight and even has a little turn with a small amount of fade. Perfect for shaping wood holes.

This is an excellent disc for any level player looking to fill that reliable overstable fairway driver slot. I love my Teebirds, but was looking for something I could bend a little more as a compliment. I've tried a lot of stable-understable fairway drivers, and what I like about the Pipeline is that it has the same LSS as the Teebird, but a lot less HSS making it a shot-shaping monster. Great disc, great hand feel, and great flight!

Brilliant disc, but definitely understable. There are a few reviews saying it has turn but doesn't burn, and for me it definitely does when released flat. Nothing a bit of hyzer can't fix though.

Other than that, I agree with the rest of the reviews. Straight shooter, very controllable, really hangs in the air forever and covers great distance. I think if you're starting to enjoy those sweet 7 speed drivers but don't want to step up to a 9 or 10 speed, this is a great pick. If you throw 400 with a destroyer/zeus/hurricane, you'll be hitting 360+ with this. In fact, my only gripe would be it does travel a bit too far, so it takes a bit of getting used to once you're ranging your shots and trying not to overthrow your drives. Disc responds well to powering down.

Speed is hard for me to rate. It feels and throws like an 8 speed but does not slow down like an 8 speed.

If you have nothing from DGA, get the Sail. After that, get the Pipeline. Of those two, the Pipeline is the one you'll use the most, the Sail is just fun

This absolutely deserves a 5 star rating.  This disc is an amazing woods tunnel shot cheat code or sneaky long disc put in the open where it can flex and ride the full S curve.  It has more turn than the 0 suggested rating but it's not going to simply turn and burn (unless you have 500' power which I don't).  But the best part of this disc is its ability to hold a line (anhyzer or hyzer) for a long long way and then have a gentle fade at the end.  Thrown low with a baby hyzer it will flip up and fly dead straight for a long long way and then drop softly to the ground without coming off the line but a few feet.  Out in the open I can rip it flat with a little air under it and it will flex and fade out a very surprising distance.  I've thrown this as far as some of my 11 speed drivers.  But the disc is very much a fairway disc with a smaller beveled rim that is super comfortable in the hand.  I find myself reaching for this disc more and more and have now started to cycle then as my first one (SP line) has beaten in to be a little more understable after 18 months and a couple hundred rounds and more than a few trees/rocks.  Throwing the new fresh one is such a thrill to get that slight bit more stability back.

The Pipeline is a great neutral fairway driver. For newer players it could serve as the stable/overstable disc, and as arm speed increases it becomes a laser. I compare this disc to a Teebird or Explorer and recommend it for players who are in the intermediate level looking to take their game to the next level. If you can throw the Pipeline straight, you know you are doing something right.

A friend of mine found one of these in the woods while hunting for his disc. No name or number on it so we chucked it a few times while finishing up our round. I fell in love with it immediately and went straight home and bought one. At that point in time I was using a River as my primary driver but was getting to the point where I was thinking I could disc up. Perfect timing in finding this Pipeline. A little more speed and a little less turn gave me a straighter flying disc that I could control better with a little bit of anny or hyzer.

I backhand and forehand depending on what the situation calls for and I'm equally comfortable with either on the Pipeline. The rim is just the right width for a comfortable grip. Overall I'm loving this disc

If you've got the arm you can chuck this disc with reliable diastance and fade. I enjoy both forehanding and backhanding with this disc. I'd judge it as the more stable version of the Millenium JLS with better grip. Holds it line on big hyzers. Holds its line well on big straight shots before a reliable fade at the end. Works well for little hyzer flips. A solid, more straight shooting with less distance than its high speed counterpart Hurricane.

    Yeah.

Seriously, that's the review. It's awesome, and you need a few.

I really thought I wanted this in Proline plastic...I love the grippy, flexible texture that type of plastic provides and was literally drooling over it until it arrived, but in all honesty, the metal flake SP I bought alongside it just flies better from my arm--walking OR running. I often bag this when running because it responds well to power modulation--I don't feel like I have to throw my arm out its socket to get it out past 350', but when I need to dial it back, it does so instinctively. The Pipeline lines up with what I aimed for more often than not. Even when my form was kinda sloppy and I didn't really deserve it. I've come damn close to acing some 300-400' local holes with the Pipeline lately, and that's intimidating, considering I still make a ton of bad mistakes with my form.

It's a longer DGA Squall, in my opinion faster than an 8-speed for sure...similar to an Axiom Wrath, or longer MVP Amp. If you like the Latitude 64 Falchion or the Dynamic Discs Escape and want something just a little longer, this may be for you. Controlled distance with tons of potential for finesse. I'm nowhere near pro-level yet but I can see how this would become a finesse disc for a pro player rather quickly--and right off the shelf, at that.

This is my go to for straight or slightly turning woods shots. Very controllable and has effortless glide.

Thrown flat at 75% the Pipeline turns smoothly and finishes with a touch of fade.

Thrown on hyzer at 90% it predictably flips to flat with a sliver of turn before finishing out left for RHBH.

I bag three Pipelines in two different plastics. I can trust that they will always do what I trust them to do. An absolute MUST HAVE for any level player.

Besides my 169 SP Pipeline being the most gorgeous disc I've ever seen...it flies just as good as it looks.

I have a TL I love but was curious to try this one. After some throws, I was getting some pretty effortless distance throwing 75% flat. Had some nice turn but had no doubt about coming back to fade gently.

To me, it's essentially a Teebird with a little more glide. Has a nice FH touch as well. It's very comfortable in the hand, flight path great for tunnels, but can also get a little surprise distance.

Very happy I picked this one up even though I have some similar discs.
