The equivalent of Innova Star plastic. Discmania describes this plastic blend, "Excellent grip with great durability. This plastic ages well, which means your disc doesn’t have a drastic change in its flight behavior after a couple of collisions with trees."

Its not what i was expecting from flight numbers, I can throw a pharaoh 450ft but could not get the TD to hyzerflip and turn over for the life of me. Definitely going to need something I dont have to get true to flight numbers shot shape out of it

This review is for the new S-Line TD from DM not the good Innova made TD.

The old TD was a great disc that anyone could use. This new version is awful. DM should offer refunds on this disc due to it being so far off the supposed flight numbers. I can get Wraiths to turn over all day. This "turning driver" will not turn over at all. I tried throwing it on anny and it fights out instantly. Even with a forehand it did not turn at all. There are so many other disc for the slot this fills and it really irks me that these are a waste of money. Discmania should be ashamed of themselves for calling this thing a TD when they know it flies 100% like an FD3.

*NOTE* I only give 5-stars out to discs that I bag and throw actively. A 4-star disc is great and may come in and out of the bag for me and I can see another player actively bagging it.

The flight of this disc is one of those that I feel that every level of player can use. I can see the newest players getting a nice straight flight. I see bigger arms having an excellent flip-to-turn disc or a good roller disc. I see intermediate and advanced players getting the most use out of this as the disc is very maneuverable for lower arm speeds. For those topping out at 300' this will be the furthest and straightest flying disc that they own. For my guys at 350' it's a good disc to hyzer flip or to hold long panning anhyzer angles. For bigger those topping out at the 400' and above mark, this is the easiest distance you'll ever get from a disc and could become one of the most workable discs in your bag.

The rim width of the TD feels a little smaller in the hand than other 10-speeds and feels closer to a 9-speed. This is easily the best and most neutral feeling driver in the Discmania lineup.

Excellent flight and an excellent feel. I want to bag this disc, but I am unsure how it would into my game as of right now. For now, it's going in the bag and I'll figure it out!

Great disc with neutral stability! Picked one up before a tournament and ended throwing it on lots of holes. Highly recommend for all skill levels!

S-Line TD (174g) - I liked this disc straight out of the mailbox. I took it into the woods to an almost perfectly straight 350ft hole with a 50ft wide fairway and piped it about 15ft from the basket. If you have Valkyrie power and want something that will flex a little further and glide longer this is your disc. It is a little more rounded than a Valkyrie, but still pretty easy to grip. Definitely recommended.

I have an S-Line Rush with the shouting monkey dude on the front, probably close to max weight.  I'm a beginner/intermediate player and throw this disc RHFH and BH, out to 350'.

I fall in and out of love with this disc - sometimes I feel as if I can throw it wherever I want, sometimes it turns too much for me.  Flicking it, I can [usually] get an effortless hyzer to flat, but it's very sensitive to any OAT and can be overpowered.  Backhand, I find it to be a little more reliable, especially when released on a hyzer.  Flat throws can end up finishing pretty far right if thrown too hard, although they rarely turn and burn for me.

The S-Line plastic feels great and has held up well to all the trees I've smacked.  I wear size large gloves, and this disc fits very comfortably in my hand for both backhand and forehand grips.

I also have a C-Line Rush, but it has a much more stable flight and I don't like it or its feel in hand nearly as much as this S-Line.

Such a straight disc. I have never found a disc that holds as long and straight as this one. Very controllable. With my arm speed I'm throwing this ~325 if that helps for stability.  I definitely notice the little extra speed over my 9 speed drivers.

The S-line TD is equivocal to a longer S-line FD. The TD  Has a familiar feel in the hand that reminds me much of a Innova Beast. The rim is in that comfortable zone for me and the grip works well for me forehand and backhand. The profile of the TD is generally pretty domey and a low wing which lends to its understability. My test subject is a softer S-Line TD at 175g.

This disc hyzer flips well and will hold a hyzer line when given a little extra angle. Flat shots with this disc tend to get a nice drifting turn coupled with a small progressive fade. On anhyzers this disc holds the line for quite a while but I did find that it would fight out at the end if I didn't really put power or angle on it. Glide wise this disc like the FD really likes to keep going if you are a thrower with a lot of spin. This disc when thrown on a roller goes pretty straight and its overhand shots were very quick panning. Forehands this disc can go really dang far if you have the touch for hyzer flips.

This disc favors a tailwind it has good glide and should carry a long way.

Beginners will do well with this disc once they reach the armspeed required I can see it making a great first distance driver for someone who is finally starting to get full flights out of the slower speed fairways.

Overall the TD "Rush" is a pretty solid flyer, and honestly probably a mold more people should look at from the Discmania lineup. In a line up of mostly overstable discs I think people forget Discmania offers some great understable plastic as well this disc being a prime example.

The TD is a great straight disc for slower arm speeds or finesse drives for a more advanced player, and it's great for turnovers, hyzerflips and even rollers once beaten in for people with decent arm speeds. The TD easily can find its way into anyone's bag just due to its extreme amount of versatility and how many different shots the one disc can cover. It also saves your arm some soreness due to its easy distance. One of the better discs in the already amazing discmania lineup, I'd easily recommend this disc to someone looking for a nice turnover driver.

S-Line 175:  My go to disc on most distance straight to anhyzer shot.  This disc is easy to get a nice flex line on both back hand and forehand.  However, it can turn over too much, especially in the wind.  I played with disc for awhile before I got really comfortable with it.  I have S-Line & C-Line.  C-line is a little more overstable, so if you turn over the s-line too much, maybe try that one.  The S-line plastic is my favorite though, it just feels great.

My TD: 172g (scaled 173g) S-Line: Pliable flight plate, minimal dome, no flashing

First impressions: This disc felt nice, good comfortable feel, mildy flexible, but not too much as I'm not a fan of g-star or FLX plastics.

The flight is excellent.  I would say it is like a more Stable Beast, definitely has turn, but not a whole lot, and minimal fade.  Very nice and controlled, great for straight shots, especially when released on a slight hyzer.  This disc was suprisingly stable, I was expecting a lot more turn.  It is a very nice disc, has smooth S shape in flight but typically finishes with a small hyzer.

    Flight # closer to 10/5/-1.25/1.5

Into a tailwind it held straight then had a solid fade. Crosswind L>R trailed Right with the wind but fought out, finished R of center. R>L got pushed and hyzered out but not greatly unless released on a hyzer or caught in wind. Headwind, held fairly well, I wouldn't say its a headwind disc, but it will hold actually well given its HSS is understable.

Overall very impressed. Flight #'s are about spot on.  Very comfortable.  Like a beast and a Viking had a baby and its a TD! Really cool disc, I agree with the comments here that you just might need one.  It does not overlap with my valkyrie as its zippier and holds a nice low tunnel shot long and straight.  Very nice disc

***Update: Played in a B-Tier Tournament, ended up using this driver more than any other.  Such great flight.  really excellent disc.

****************UPDATE again: I got ANOTHER STD....S-line TD....yes...its funny.

This was more understable than my first review.  Same weight same plastic.  The newer one had less dome and flew much more understable than the other.  more like 10/4/-2.5/1 .  It may depend on what type of TD it is, its still a great disc, but some tend to be pretty understable and some nice and stable, i hope to find another stable one because it was one of my favorite discs

The S-Line TD is an awesome driver for me!  It has really superior glide to the Valkyrie and Beast, and it really flies long and straight for me.  I'm admittedly a noodle arm, but for me the TD is not too flippy understable and not too overstable, and it flies as long for me as other discs with higher speeds.

Discmania discs seem to be creeping into my bag and staying.  And if you're a "noodle arm" or older player like me, try out the TD and see if it flies as well for you as it does for me.
