My favorite driver from Discraft. First off, the ESP plastic is awesome and feels fantastic in the hand. This disc will go far and is very consistant! Get one and you will be glad that you did!

I've had a Surge FLX for quite some time, and for some reason stopped using it for about a year. Originally I'd only used it in very specific situations as a utility disc, but other discs started to take it's place. Recently I pulled it back out of my bag to use on a more standard, long drive where I needed a sharp turn at the end. It worked wonderfully, keeping a straight line for a long distance and then taking that sudden fade that I wanted.  Now I'm using it as a regular part of my game, replacing a couple of those other discs that I'd thought would do the job better.  For example, I don't have the arm strength to keep my Nuke flying as long as I want it to before it makes the turn, but the Surge holds the line wonderfully. Bye-bye Nuke, welcome home Surge! It's nice to rediscover an old friend and realize that it has a lot more to offer than all the shiny new friends I thought would be more valuable.
