I love my fugitive. I bought a pile of mid range discs a few years ago. This is the one I liked best for distance and control. It looks and feels a lot like a Prodigy M2 and M3, but has more glide and turn. It flies, in my opinion, like a shorter Valkyrie/JLS.

It is labeled a mid-range 'driver,' and that's how I think of this disc. It's got a ton of glide and enough backbone to drive it. I use this for (short) tee shots and approaches. It will hold a line, including a long anny, and enough come-back at the low speed to stay up. If you throw a power anny, it will go to ground- it's not that overstable!

It's a great flip-straight shooter. It will pop up on power hyzer, turn a bit and come back. On a straight release, it will turn a bit and fade a bit. Touch flex shots work, too. I find this easy to control, and it will go where I want it to.

Like another reviewer, I'm surprised it has so few reviews. I think it's one of the best mid range discs out there.

When i made the jump to a bigger bag i picked up a Lucid Fugitive at around 178 grams. I find it to be an excellent midrange in that it doesn't matter what speed you give this disc, throw it for fast distance or throw slow accuracy and it will behave the same. A very straight flying disc with very minimal fade at the end when thrown flat. However, it can easily be tilted and thrown with a slight hyzer or with major hyzer. When thrown faster it flips out to the right a little bit but ALWAYS comes back. The Lucid plastic really keeps this disc from getting to beat in or worn out and it has kept its same characteristics for a long time. Other midranges have come and gone since I upgraded bags, but the Fugitive will never leave the bag.

I love this disc, and I don't understand why it doesn't get as much attention as some of the other DD midranges.  The Fugitive doesn't need a lot of speed to fly straight, making it a pretty good one to give to a new player.  I use it for RHBH turnover shots, as it always wants to turn right when thrown with good snap.

I've thrown a lucid 174g version. Plastic awesome as always, bit of a domey top (extra glide), has a bead, edge feels similar to a hornet or wasp. When new this disc threw pretty much as the numbers say 5,5,0,1. Beat-in, this disc flies like the picture shows, and becomes closer to -1,2 imo. Shes definitely got some good glide. Thrown hyzer it hyzers. With a little hyzer it flips to flat, glides, fades predictably forward. Flat release and she's flying like the pic shows. Also holds a nice anny line, landing flat if given the room. This is a great disc off the tee and for drive recovery or long up shots. I personally began using this as a replacement for my buzzz because I tend to turn and burn buzzzes, but have recently found that my pure is versatile enough for me to do anything the fugitive does. Overall a really great stable midrange that will go the distance and handle some torque as well as greatly rewarding good form. My throwing specifics: I throw mostly at sea lelevel in moderate to high humidity. I have a high arm speed and I like to throw with a lot of spin and snap. I'm 6' 5" with an 80 in wingspan.

Dependable go to mid range. Performs very good in the wind. Used alot in when i play wooded courses ( I tend to get into trouble with trees and brush). The Fugitive is able to get me back onto the fairway.

I have a 176g Lucid Fugitive in their beautiful Dark Blue Lucid plastic, which I am huge fan of. This disc is a really straight flying midrange but I prefer the Truth as a driving mdrange, and approach or throw the occasional anhyzer drive with this disc. Super controllable and very easy to learn. I recommend this disc to beginners all the way on up to top pros. Phenomenal disc and will stay in my bag. Looking to potentially get a FUzion or BioFuzion Fugitive in the future. If I do I will update this review with my opinions of the other plastics.

I have a blue fugitive in lucid plastic. I got this from a good friend and a pretty cheap price as it was a factory 2nd. I would compare this disc to the Mace by Lat 64. Today was the first day i threw them both but they seemed very similar. I did notice this disc has a bit more glide than the Mace which is weird cause Lat 64 usually means glide city. Throwing this disc backhand which i use primarily it has a good S-curve and gentle fade at the end. This disc does not like to be thrown forehand though. When i threw it forehand it immediately turned and rolled on me but it was not a good roll. I'm not a power thrower by any means but with this disc you do not need a ton of power to get it out there and make a nice shot. Some mid's have to be powered down or thrown all out but i found this one does not mind being thrown with alot of power or just a good little toss. Ill be keeping this disc in the bag and would recommend this disc to all skill levels.

I have the fugitive in both Lucid and BioFuzion. Both have some high speed turn wich make shaping lines easy. The fade at the end is gentle enough that it won't end up skipping off target. The biggest change from throwing other midranges to the fugitive is the amount of glide. It stays in the air forever and is almost as long as my fairway drivers. If you need a midrange with more distance and line shaping ability this is it.

The Fugitive is the straightest flying mid-range I've ever used, It's got tons of glide and hovers to exactly where I want it. The Fugitive is the only mid-range I've ever been able to accurately and smoothly sidearm. In addition, The Lucid plastic is the smoothest brightest material I've ever seen in discs. I highly recommend the Dynamic Discs Lucid Fugitive.
