Ground plastic is the basic level plastic from Full Turn discs, manufactured by Prodiscus and similar to their "basic" with a soft feel and exceptional grip.

This overstable midrange quickly became a staple in my bag. It's useful for both backhand and forehand shots, with a fair amount of glide but a very reliable OS finish. It's comfortable in the hand - not too deep, and not too shallow, with a small bead underneath. I definitely recommend this disc if you're looking for an OS mid!
