I have a 172g DX condor and it's arguably my most fun disc/frisbee. It's more of a catch and throw frisbee but could be a good approach disc. However it can fly way past the basket pretty easily due to the crazy slow speed glide. Takes very little effort for it to glide straight and goes nice and slow, easy to catch. Can get it to fly 300ft if thrown high and with plenty of hyzer. Takes a day and a half for it to land back on earth but great beginner disc or for catch and throw. Has a similar rim as a roc but the size of a  ultimate disc.

    2 part review:

    1. 200g DX Condor.
When you first get them they're sort of stable yet beat in VERY quick. They are reliable, predictable and actually enjoy being in a <10mph headwind (b/c of the diameter of the flight plate, they HATE tailwinds.) They land flat, have a reliable yet short skip, and don't "get up and roll away."  They hold angles very well and still have a tendency to land relatively flat. If you have a "touch" forehand, these are very nice. If your in the $h!t, b/c of the additional weight, you can power thumber, forehand or anything you can think of, to power through the thick brush. It doesn't take up much room in the bag (doesn't fit in a Grip Bag) b/c you can fit another disc you already have inside of it. I have a Z Zone inside of my DX. I love this disc and at least throw it once a round even if I need to or not.
    2. 200g Star Condor.
I recently won a Star Condor and boy is it beefy. I can turn it over out of my hand and it will always come back. It rolls for days, glides like it has wings and always fades. Great skip disc.
These 2 discs will never leave my bag. Now if I can only score a Blizzard Champ at 200g.

This is a review of a 168g Condor. If you're not familiar with it, this is a large rim disc. It's not as big as an Ultimate disc (Ultrastar), but is quite a bit bigger than most golf discs. My Harp nests perfectly inside it, to give you an idea. As such, I would expect this disc to be quite a bit heavier than most golf discs, just to give it some good balance. The weights go up to 200g, but Innova's production of this is sporadic I am told, and 168g is the heaviest I could find.

I don't have a lot new to add to the other reviews, except to say that I think this disc really needs to be at max weight. My disc is very understable and, although it flies great for soft tosses, it will flip with even a moderate amount of power. I've seen a max weight Condor fly, and mine is nothing like it. As a former Ultimate player, this disc feels great and is really predictable. It has great glide and I can do things like air bounces that would never work with a golf disc. I'm giving it 4 stars for what I know it can be at full weight, but I would not by this disc again until it is available at max weight.

I actually purchased this disc for my dad to get him into disc golf. He is a pretty good frisbee thrower, but when I would give him a putter like an Aviar, he would always Hyzer it or couldn't turn it over due to his old frisbee form. He can toss the Condor pretty well when he's dialed in. I'll throw this disc from time to time and let me tell you, this thing can glide! If you're looking for a big floaty disc that is easy to throw and is similar to a traditional frisbee, this is it.

Very weird disc. Flies very straight but is not very comfortable in the hands. I recommend this disc for those who like frisbee and want to give discing a try. Overall, not bad but also not my cup of tea becuase of how big it is.

I had never used one of these and only seen it a few times. A local group held a tournament where round 2 was a  1 condor only round. Took a few holes to get  the release down but once I did I was hooked. Up until using this I did not bag an Innova mid. Now as long as I am not playing a theme round, I have one in the bag. Won my division in that condor only event and bought a few more. These are great for downhill throws as they have tons of glide, and great for rollers and other get out of trouble discs. I now own 6 or so with 2 under 140 in case I bring someone new with. I do also own a zephyr and a few Jaguars. If you have a wooded course with dry ground I highly recommend this for rollers.

This is my absolute favorite disc in my bag. I fell in love with it immediately upon trying it for the first time. I carry two of them, one at 180g and one at 200g. The lighter weight one I use as my turnover mid and the heavy one  is a bit more stable for straight shots. The way this disc glides is amazing. It is much like a large diameter Roc.

    Disc: 200g DX Condor (Blue)

The Condor is the perfect utility disc for rollers. Great for playing catch for warm up, and just overall a fun disc to sling around because it's so big.

Flight: The Condor flies super straight. It's flies very much like an ultimate frisbee disc. It's slow flying but just glides nice and straight. It has very minimal fade and only at the very end of the flight.

Uses: The Condor is great for rollers that you're throwing directly to the ground. Because of the large diameter, it is not as affected by bumpier terrain. It's heavy weight keeps it rolling and fighting through foliage as well. It's also a great disc for the woods as it flies slow and straight. You can flick it around trees or just coast it down tunnels without much fear of it fading off into the woods. (Bonus use of it being a protector of another disc in your bag as you can fit a normal size disc inside of this one)

Summary: It is a good disc and can be quite useful for certain situations. It's certainly a good disc for transitioning from an ultimate frisbee background as they fly similar, but with a more disc like feel. I don't personally bag one as it's more of a utility specific disc that I have found other discs can do for my game. Fun disc though

The Condor is a really fun disc if you are looking for something different. Disclaimer, I would probably not ever use this disc in a round, but I do really like this disc's flight. It is similar to an Ultimate frisbee, but with a more disc-like feel. I really like this disc for warming up. It is a great catch disc to toss around before getting started on the round.

I would give an arm, leg, and my firstborn to get this disc in Champion plastic. I know they have been discontinued by innova but i have a friend who has one in 200g and i cant imagine a better midrange existing for wind or for a beginner to throw during there first few rounds. This thing is a big ole disc that someone who is used to frisbees or ultimate discs is going to be able to adapt to super easily. Like I said the only reason this disc loses any stars is the lack of availability in any plastic besides DX but i may end up and caving and settling with DX just so I can have one to give to curious friends trying to learn the sport.

    200g Blue DX Condor

This disc basically acts as a regular, stable midrange, but that will go straight at much lower speeds. Anywhere from 40-80% power it will act exactly the same(perfectly straight w/o fade), which is a nice complement to a more overstable midrange that only flies straight with more power. Also, hands down one of the best beginner discs out there.

If you're trying to transition from Ultimate into Disc Golf, you should probably try out a Condor. The larger diameter makes it very unique, and is most similar to a Frisbee you might throw at the beach or something. It glides through the air extremely slow, which is actually advantageous in a few different approach settings. It's become pretty popular around here to play Condor-only rounds since it's so versatile. Everyone should have one, even if it's just for playing catch to warm up before a round.

    136 g Blue DX Condor

I recently picked up a super light Condor that I had been eyeing for a very long time. I was just looking for a disc that would be fun to mess around with or play catch to warm up with. This is definitely that disc! I don't know if you can buy more fun for $8! It's great to go play a one disc round on a short course with. It almost doesn't feel like there is a disc in my hand it is so light. Just the lightest toss will allow this disc to float for a day and a half. If you want something entertaining to play with when you are looking for a new challenge, or just to casually use with friends, you should definitely get a Condor!

The Condor is my favorite disc to warm up with, or play catch with. It has amazing glide, and seems like it flies so smooth no matter how you throw it. There are times I've needed a low ceiling approach shot, and I've used the condor instead of a putter due to how long it stays in the air. It's very large, so that should be known up front. If you have a bag with an extra compartment in the top of it, then you can fit another disc inside of it in there. It doesn't fit into a bag normally. I would recommend getting a heavier weight option, since they are available up to 200g and are PDGA approved discs.

Edit: The Condor is still in my bag, and I'm continuing to love it. I'm finding myself to use this disc a lot to get out of trouble. If I have to take a wide stance to get out of trouble to place my foot behind my marker and throw an anny shot to get out of trouble then I grab the Condor. I've had people look at me questionably when I pull it out to use it, but it glides so effortlessly without having to put a whole lot on it, which is great when I need to get out of trouble. They're cheap, and really fun to throw.

ROLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL.  This disc will roll over everything and anything.  It might even crush cars.  Get it in 200grams and throw awesome rollers.  This disc is also mad fun to throw.  It glides forever and moves sooo slowly through the air.  We like to bring ours to the course to play catch with before rounds.  the innova factory store also sells these in limited edition blizzard plastic which is amazing.

***Warning: this disc does not fit in my disc golf bags conveniently....it is really that much larger!*****

    The King Of Rollers

The Condor is a fun disc to throw. It's huge, and PDGA approved up to 200 grams, but it is by all means a golf disc. It's popular for events like Maximum Time Aloft and also set a world record for disc dog. Very cool disc with a unique flight, but you will find it's most useful when thrown as a roller. It's large diameter and unique rim let it cruise for great distances and astounding accuracy when rolled. I will put one in the bag when I play a course that I know will need some roller shots. Also makes a decent warm-up disc.

i picked one of these up years ago and used it for medium drives.  mine is a full 200 grams. when new these fly dead straight with a nice fade at the end of flight. its fun to watch this disc fly, its so big and so slow.  threw an ace with my condor long ago that i knew the entire flight of the disc that it was going to hit chains and it did, a slow motion 280 ft ace. i wish innova would bring back there other disc that are the same diameter as the condor, that being the jaguar and the lynx. heavier is the way to go with these.

I have a 190 gram dx condor that I use only as a roller.  The condor's heavy weight and large diameter seems to let it roll over objects that other discs are more upset by.  I don't use it often, but it has saved me a stroke here and there.  I can't comment much on how it flies as I have rarely thrown it (and never on the course).  I can't say it's a must have as its role is very small, but it does have purpose in my bag that it serves better than other discs I've tried.
