Rate this Disc

The Destroyer is consistently rated as one of the best distance drivers on InfiniteDiscs.com. This was the first Speed-12 driver and is one of the primary discs used by many professional disc golfers. For less experienced players, the Destroyer excels for forehand throws. The Destroyer is overstable, but has a degree of turn to help provide incredible glide and distance. Intermediate players will get more distance on forehand throws with the Destroyer than just about any other disc. The Innova Destroyer is a very thin (1.4cm) disc, and has the perfect sized rim (2.2cm) for high speeds, without being uncomfortably thick. As such a popular driver, the Destroyer comes available in all the major plastics.

Good stability with some turn - I'd say the 2026 Heimburg tour series Duo run has middle of the road stability for Destroyers off the shelf (slight turn, holds release angle for a bit). Thrown into the stiff headwind (>20mph), it held a turn for a majority of the flight and fought back a little at the end which should give an idea of the expected flight for ~80-85mph combined throw speed (release velocity + wind). I think these will be considered a bomber run with a little wear in and definitely not a beefy zero high speed turn run.

Good amount of dome and the feel & grip of the Duo plastics is pretty much the same on the Star or Moondust side. Kind of a cool look to the flight with the way it spins and makes the RPMs really apparent (not much rotational slowdown from release to landing) - similar to some of the I-dye Champion factory dyes but more contrasting with the white Star/dark blue Moondust.
