Innova Halo Star Fox

The Innova Fox is a neutral-to-understable midrange with a low profile, microbead, and low parting line. Its shallower rim gives it a feel that crosses between a midrange and a fairway driver, making it comfortable in the hand and easy to release cleanly. The Fox comes out of the hand with gentle turn and carries straight with minimal effort. It excels at hyzer flips, standstills, anhyzers, and low-ceiling shots where shaping angles and controlling touch are key.

My Flight Ratings: 5/6/-2/1 Very Beginner Friendly Throwing Distance: 300 Straight Score: Slightly Understable

I had heard a lot of hype for this disc, especially in Halo plastic. I was so certain that it wouldn't live up to all the hype I was reading online and seeing from content creators.

I decided to get one to see if the hype is real. Friends, I am being completely serious when I say that the hype was well deserved and it exceeded my expectations greatly.

It is understable enough to get easy flip up, turnover, and even roller shots. But it is stable enough that it will hold a nice hyzer line. And this disc is so easy to throw. Very easy to get distance with it if thats what you need.

I highly recommend!

I took a chance adding the Fox to an order to get free shipping and absolutely fell in love with the mold. I now have it in Star, Proto Glow Champion, and Halo Star plastics with the Halo being my go-to. The stability of the plastic lets me rip my noodle arm a little faster without burning over into a roller compared to the OG star release. If I had to play a 2 disc round this is what I would choose to complement my putter.

My Flight Ratings: 5/6/-2.5/1 Very Beginner Friendly Throwing Distance: 300 Straight Score: Very Understable

This a an exceptional understable midrange for beginners and it's currently my understable disc of choice. With all that being said, the numbers aren't entirely accurate, so beware of that. It's closer to the indicated numbers in Halo Star plastic, but the regular Star version has essentially no fade back at the end whatsoever and turns for days. The speed and glide numbers are very accurate, but overall I'd give the star version 5, 6, -3, 0 and the Halo Star 5, 6, -2.5, 1. There is a very wide selection of discs that fit this slot, but if you want something that is easy to throw, glides for days, has a shallow feel and works surprisingly well on low power forehand, this is the mid for you.
