if you think itll be simmilar to an avenger SS, its not AT ALL. The gstar plastic may be the most understable on the market and it turns the gorgon into an albotross. They did change the flight numbers so thats nice, theyre still not accurate though.

First impressions of the Gstar Gorgon:

Great feel in the hand.  The wing is meaty and offers a lot of substance for grip,  It has a deeper rim than most drivers in my experience,  These features are confidence inspiring.

I love GStar plastic for Alaska disc golf,  Great grip without feeling tacky.  It is the best platic for winter months in my opinion,

Flight was very understable.  Even for my consistent 350, nose up throw,  I got it to burn over in a moderate tail wind.  Unusable in a stiff headdwind.  I got it to flip all the way on its back with 40mph headwind. That being said, it is still pushy and stays in the air pretty good,

This would be a great entry level disc, Great hand feels and easy full flight at low power.  For me this could only be an understable utility disc,  I dont know if i would feel comfortable enough to use in competition.

If you have thrown the IT then the Gorgon is basically a longer version of that disc. Hand feel is super similar due to the rim shape. I found it super comfortable. Mine is in GStar and I really like it. If you're a low power thrower it's a great step into the driver section. I have a medium arm and could get this out to around 340-350 if I hit the hyzer angle just right. Thrown flat it just turns and turns. On anhyzer it rolled for me every time. Innova changing the flight numbers based on the plastic was a smart move as it definitely exhibits that -3 turn in GStar. Really solid understable driver.

This one didn't work for me so I sold it to a friend since it flew better for him. I had issues grip locking it whenever I tried to hyzer it. The disc does have a ton of glide though. Easy distance without throwing very hard. My friend likes to hyzer flip it for a nice straight flight. I'm glad he can use it.

This is seriously the best disc Innova has come out with in a long time! So beginner friendly for those just adding in distance drivers to their game. Effortless distance for those who have been playing. Then a rolling machine for those who have faster arm speed. Great disc for any level of player.

Wow. It's pretty much just as advertised. Glide out the wazoo. Easy to control. More distance. It seems to fade forward, which is awesome! The GStar is DEFINITELY less stable than the Star plastic, but you can count on a late fade. For reference, I'd say the GStar is a Sidewinder on steroids, and the Star plastic is like a nuclear-powered IT. Both discs went STRAIGHT into the bag! They'll likely be my workhorses!?!
