The Fuse is one of the most dynamic midrange discs on the market. This disc is larger than the average disc in both diameter and height and can weigh up to 178 grams. The Fuse has an understable/stable flight path and can hold curves and lines with very minimal fade. This is a great disc for weaving through trees and obstacles.

Can not compliment this disc enough. Feels great in the hand. Has a great understable to stable flight path if you work the angles and control your power. Glides for days. This disc will teach you how to throw a disc correctly also. Get one for sure. No doubt. BUY ONE.

The fuse is a really special and unique disc. I'd consider it fairly understable, but it doesn't turn and burn like you'd expect it to. I use the fuse primarily for 2 shots. A hyzerflip that finishes right (and flies forever) and anhyzer putts/approaches. I can throw the fuse almost as far as some of my drivers just because this thing glides forever. It is the glidiest disc I have ever thrown. It's super consistent too. If you don't think you can hyzerflip a disc, buy this thing and be impressed. It's my "forehand" for when I can't throw my forehand far enough. Great beginner disc too. Be careful on approach shots with it because it wants to stay in the air. I've had more throw ins with this disc than any other.

Was looking for an understable disc (RHBH) to hold anhyzer lines around some corners and this does just that. Really doesn't have to be thrown hard at all but when thrown flat with a nice follow through it holds the line all the way through with the slightest fade finish at the end. It sits nice as it comes down and is very accurate . Great mid range disc to have in your bag. Currently have a 175g Gold Line

I received this disc as a mystery disc from InfinteDiscs months ago. The first time I gripped it, I immediately was turned off by the disc because it felt so unlike any other midrange I had thrown.

Fast forward to a month ago, I slipped a few discs I hadn't given much of a shot into my bag and was amazed by how incredible this disc truly is. Turnovers can be tricky with midranges, the lower speed can easily result in a) not turning it over at all or b) turning it over way too much.

This disc requires almost NO arm speed to slightly turn and glide forever. The only number I altered is the glide, going from a 6 to a 7, in my opinion. The glide can be the hardest thing to judge especially when throwing downhill or an approach shot.

In conclusion, this disc has the PERFECT amount of turn, insane glide and is extremely easy to throw. I will always bag this disc and look forward to another ace with it!

Looking for an understable/straight midrange with good glide? The Fuse is the disc you've been searching for. It is a great disc and like all the Swedish plastic it has great glide. The gold line feels good in the hands and has a good deal of grip to it. I use this disc as my understable midrange but when powered down it will go straight as well. IMO this is an underrated midrange in the Trilogy line up that a lot of players tend to overlook. For beginning players this disc will go straight with a tick of fade. More veteran players will love the fact that this disc will hold that anny line with ease. This was a disc that I searched for and tried several others but finally found the exact understable midrange I was needing and its been in my bag for the last 5 years. I love the FUSE.

I love everything about the Gold Line Fuse.  The grip feels great and for being a beginner, it's the straightest disc I have.

The Fuse is an understable mold that will hold anhyzer angles with very little fade. It has incredible glide for a midrange. I found the factory ratings to be fairly accurate. The Fuse is great for hyzer flips and tunnel shots. It doesn't do flex shots very well, because it doesn't have enough fade to level out until it loses speed at the end of flights. And there are better discs out there for sweeping hyzer shots. It's best used for turnover shots; when given enough power at the proper angle, it'll hold that angle all the way to the ground.

The Fuse is great for filling the understable midrange slot in your bag. In Gold Line or Opto plastic, it'll last for many seasons.

This disc is great for hyzer flips.  I can really bomb it with zero fade on a good hyzer flip.  It makes for a solid mid range and has the capability to drive, what's not to like?  It stays in my bag.

The Fuse is a slightly understable disc that can be used for any short drive or approach shot that doesn't need to finish hard left. This disc will be most appreciated by those players who have good control of their release angles. I've been carrying one for almost 3 years, and I haven't seen any other mid that carves such beautiful anhyzer lines.

Good disc for straight shots. I have a 169 gram Gold Line which serves me pretty well. It glides forever if you throw it correctly. It is great for hyzer flips, but where it really shines is when it is thrown downhill. It seems to have a slow motion glide and just never stops going. It also finishes straight. The reason this disc is only four stars for me is because it can be a bit touchy. I will go where you throw it, and if you form is bad, you can expect to be looking in bushes for it. If you release slightly too late (RHBH), it will sail off to the right. I would recommend the Mako3, as it is a little more forgiving.

Gold Line 170g.  As a LHBH player who used to avoid forehands at all costs, this disc opened a whole new world in my game. It holds any line you put it on. Anti's, no problem it glides however far right (LHBH) I want and can be made to start its turn at almost any reasonable distance you can expect. Hyzer flip, easy for the fuse. Straight shots, you bet it can do those to. You can even make it hyzer if you release it at a sharper angle. Did I mention that it glides for a mile too? Well it can easily reach 300+ in open fields, on tunnel shots, and everything in between, but it still has enough finesse to be used for closer shots outside of putter range too. I throw a lot more FH now and personally prefer the Tursas for anti's shots, as I feel it is a touch more controllable. Even so, the fuse is a great turnover mid that could easily be worked back into my bag.

The only real down side is that I feel it is inconsistent at times and touchy on the release angle if your form is off. Now I pretty much use it to give beginners something to throw when I play rounds with them.

The 169g GL Fuse is my girlfriend's new best friend. She's fairly new to the sport (only started last fall) and doesn't have a ton of power or precise form. However, with the Fuse, you'd never know that. She had been driving with Diamonds, F7s, and Underworlds - still wanting the fast disc. And she'd improved. However, once I got this Fuse in her hands, it was a different world.

She finally agreed to disc down and started throwing the Fuse with much better form, not having to try to force extra power she didn't have. She started seeing more distance and much more control. Now, on shorter holes, (sub 250') she is shooting as well or better than myself and my group of experinced players. She can thread a tunnel with the Fuse or she can set it on it's edge and fade around a corner with so much more control that she'd seen before.

We all know lower powered and new players need slower discs to develop form, but, this is so much more. This disc is incredibly responsive and agile. The Fuse not only helped a new player develop better form, it gives the confidence to try more difficult lines because once they've found their form, they can play this nimble disc just about anywhere.

The Fuse has become the Bomb!

I love the Gold Line Fuse. This disc is just super straight and easy to throw. Just throw it smoothly with some good snap and it goes perfectly straight with almost no end of flight fade. Put it on a little hyzer line and it will flip up to flat. Need an Anhyzer throw, this disc is good for that too. If you're looking for a really solid disc for tunnel shots, the Fuse is as good as it gets.

I absolutely love this disc.  Flies left, flies right, flies straight, glides extra far for a midrange.  My only problem is finding a place in my bag for it when I prefer to throw a Meteor for accurate midrange shots and a Leopard for anything too long for the Meteor.

The only drawback of the Fuse is that in midrange situations, I worry I'll overthrow the basket, but it has its uses.  Nevertheless...The Fuse in Gold Line plastic is a beautiful thing.

edit almost a year later: I have gotten rid of most mid ranges in my bag because this disc (almost) does it all. I have a Prodigy M1 for off the tee, then pretty much every other mid range shot is taken care of by this disc. Most other mids circulate through so I can test em out, but the M1 and Fuse mix takes care of 99.9% of my mid range game. This disc is pretty darn great, I don't think it will ever leave my bag.

I've been playing seriously now for about a year and would say that I am a pretty competitive amateur. I have been working a lot on using mid range discs and shaping some 'finesse' type shots. I hadn't been having much luck with my Ti Buzzz or DX Roc as they both tend to fade pretty aggressively at the end of their flight. Enter the Fuse... I typically throw a mid range around 250' to 300' pretty regularly and got myself a 174g GL Fuse to try out. Let's just say that I have been very happy with this purchase. I tend to have a pretty big arm as a RHBH thrower and was worried that with an understable mid range at my full power it would turn and burn, but to my surprise it really just glided with a slight anhyzer angle. With a little bit of work after a few practice throws I have been able to really shape some nice anhyzer lines that I would typically get from a RHFH throw.

Pros: Nice plastic, just the right amount of understability to hold any line you put on it, great glide, awesome Swedish Plastic

Cons: Unpredictable fade, great glide (sometimes you don't want it to go as far as it does, probably more of an operator error!)

I would highly recommend this disc for an intermediate to advance disc golfer that is looking for a nice finesse-ey mid range. I would add that if you have ever thrown a "classic Ontario Roc" this disc is very similar with a larger diameter and more glide. Too Long; Didn't Read: Buy this disc if you want a controllable mid range with tons of glide. Be aware that it will take a bit of getting used to, but once you do, enjoy being able to guide this disc wherever you want it to go. Great disc for wooded courses and lots of narrow curvy fairways. Also best suited for intermediate-advanced palyers.

I picked up a Gold Line Fuse as a beginners mid range for my wife. My thinking being that generally understable discs are easier for beginners to throw, and she has a hard time getting other discs up to speed. Well her experience with this disc is actually not very good. For some reason she always seems to grip-lock this disc and send it burning right into the ground far to the right. I think this is bad/inconsistent form rather than disc related and this doesn't seem to mesh with others experience with the disc, but there it is. When I throw this disc however, it seems to fly very much as described; fairly fast, moderately understable, and with quite a bit of glide. All in all, a very nice mid! To compare it to another disc, I guess it could be a more stable Meteor, or also similar to a Buzzz SS.
