I hate to see that the other reviews are lying to you here. This disc is NOT as advertised; however, it's a dope freaking disc. Instead of being a pin straight 7/5/-1/1 that it claims, like a slower lariat or faster Tr- this disc truthfully flies like 7/5/-1/2. it is much more overstable than expected, but honestly will hold a turn super well. I have found all versions of the lariat to be substantially flippier out of the box. With that said I do love the frio, but if you want the straight flight then I would drop down to the mid 160's in either alpha or bravo.

This is a workhorse fairway. For me it took over the slot my Stalker had held for a year plus. If you like the Texas Ranger, this is the perfect compliment. Feels good in the hand, Bravo runs tend to be flatter, and Founders get a little domey.

The Frio is essentially a Buzzz, but faster. Extremely comfortable in the hand, the Frio is a must-bag for the FD/TL/Stalker slot in the bag. While it has some early-flight turn, the Frio will fight out of it, allowing you to land softly without cut-rolling into a bad lie.

If I had to play a course with one disc, this would be it.  Even with my noodle arm I can get this disc to 300 feet.  Great for tunnel shots.  Can shape just about any line you put it on for wooded play.  Hyzer flips, flex shots, need a nice s curve around a cluster of trees, no problem, this disc can handle it.  I have it in bravo and the grip and feel are fantastic!  The numbers are spot on except for maybe the glide.  It will sometimes get a little more glide than I want and get away from me, but that is just nit-picking.  Highly recommended!

Great tunnel shot disc even on a forehand release. Handles the torque and travels dead straight before fading out slightly at the end. Not much skip and reliably sits where it lands. Dependle driver in the woods where tight fairways with low ceilings are common

I picked up this disc at a local shop and took it out to a field. I found it to be very stable nothing like my L64 River. No chance to flip this up. It also fought out almost immediately when I forced it over. I thought it must be me but I had an Advanced friend of mine try it and it was more stable than his Explorer. Maybe I got a dud but I already have an Explorer in the bag. I also did not find it had a lot of glide as soon as it slowed down it hooked. I think 1 fade is correct it did not fade far just into the ground.

Flick this disc in the woods just once and you will be hooked.
