The Lone Wolf, by Lone Star Disc, is a fairway driver / midrange crossover disc with a more aerodynamic profile than most mids. It is understable with plenty of turn to hold anhyzer lines and is also a great choice for new players who want to avoid a premature fade.

The Lone Wolf is reallly good at what it does - a very understable midrange, perfect to give to a friend who is just starting out. The Lone Wolf is also somewhat torque-resistant, making it a decent forehand hyzer-flip-to-turn disc. A great disc for someone coming into the game from ultimate frisbee, I would highly recommend this disc for the newer players, or for those with a little less arm speed.

It has its uses but I personally do not like it. It is crazy flippy. It feels so good in the hand but just too flippy for me. If I need a flippy mid I would probably grab a BB6 over the Lone Wolf just because I would rather have my BB6 come out early occasionally than my Lone Wolf cut rolling.

100% agree with Owen's review.  If you need a shot that will definitely not fade at all this is your mid range disc.  It'll just depend on the hole and shot you need to make.  I would think it's very beginner friendly.  It has the same flight numbers as the Mint Lobster but flight path between the two is completely different.  The Lobster can handle power whereas the Lone wolf cannot; unless extreme hyzer release.  The Bravo plastic has a nice grippy feel to it.
