    Victor Details

Victor plastic is a grippy, tacky, flexible blend. It is a high quality plastic that is best used for putting. Victor plastic is the softer version of the Victor plastic series (Victor 2 is more firm). While manufactured in Texas, it is more comparable to MVP's Electron plastic. Victor plastic typically floats in water!

This disc is HUUUUGGGE!!!! I just don’t feel comfortable putting with it. I have it in Victor 1 plastic and it’s pretty floppy. In the heat it comes out wobbly. It’s a decent approach disc, but there are better ones out there. It is a fun disc though, I’ll give it that. I would suggest getting it in victor 2 plastic though so as to minimize poor release. It also doesn’t fit in my bag without bending a bit…

    This Disc Is HUGE

As a somewhat beginner, I was not ready for how large this disc is. After kicking the Berg out of the bag for an Armadillo V1, I was curious to see how this larger cousin might fly. It's VERY understable. Almost like a shorter flying Fierce ESP but with better grip. The V1 feels even more bendy with such a large disc, and I've enjoyed the few sessions I've had with it so far. Certainly likes to glide a bit more than the Armadillo, and can handle the wind a little better as well.

The Super Dillo has a thinner rim, and is slightly shorter than the Armadillo. I wish the rim was a little thicker to make this large disc easier to grip. It's fairly easy to grip with the texture of the disc, but a larger width rim might feel better IMO.

The bad? Everyone wants to know the bad! Well.... if you have a beginner bag with a smaller opening to the main pocket, the Super Dillo might be hard to get in & out of the compartment.  I have a Dynamic Discs Trooper bag, and the Super Dillo does NOT fit in the upper putter compartment. It's so large and grippy, that it's hard to get in and out of either corner of the main compartment as well. Pretty much forced to keep it near the center of the main compartment if I want easy access to it and other discs. Those with larger bags shouldn't have this issue, but I'm enjoying how comically large this disc is in my bag. An entire Armadillo v1 fits inside the rim of the Super Dillo. I'm also not the biggest fan of how small the stamp is vs. the Armadillo.  Such a large disc almost demands a giant, fun stamp to compliment the vibe. The Super Dillo has a stamp almost half the size of the Armadillo...which makes the two look odd together.

Overall I'm enjoying this giant, unique disc. Lone Star provided a fun, weird, slow and serviceable disc that everyone can enjoy.
