I absolutely love the Aurora MS because it is a dependable laser straight midrange that wants to glide forever, but yet doesn't go too far. I work it on gentle hyzer flipups with some mild drift even on some low power control throws. It really isn't going to turn fast either which is the beauty of this disc!

I can't recommend this disc enough!

I picked one of these up to try to potentially replace the Buzzz in my bag. I can firmly say that it easily does. The Aurora MS does pretty much everything the Buzzz does, so it's perfect for those who are looking a suitable alternate. I personally like it for touchy backhand flip ups or long turnovers

180g

Impulse bought this at a local disc store as I wanted a straight midrange with higher glide than what I had. It's become my favorite disc.

The plastic feels great, is very durable, and has stood up to my rocky local course. The disc flies truly straight and is pretty resistant to wind and wobbly releases, and isn't easily overthrown as a beginner. It's also my go to forehand anhyzer disc (when I'm behind shrubs) as it holds those lines very well. It is currently the most reliable disc I have. Once got a 120ft throw-in with it, straight lined into the chains.

Consistent Flights, easy to throw.

millinneum and sirius plastic, around 175g RHBH.   MID range.  easy to control this disc,  if you cannot throw this disc straight,  you are not using it right or doing something wrong.  So it is great for approach and holes under 300.  if you teach a new player with this disc it will be obvious if the throws are out of good form.   Great for straight down wind drives, will keep flying when many discs fade and fall.  i give it a 5 for speed.  the 180g can be thrown with a hyzer flip and will keep flying - this heavier wt. is a little more than 1.0 fade and more so with the sirius plastic.  i have not tried in low weights.

Range: 260 - 320 feet.

The 1.3 Sirius Aurora MS "SMS" is my go-to midrange that I reach for whenever I can. [Profile] The profile is flat with no dome or bead.  Feel: Soft and grippy, but not floppy or gummy. It feels equally as comfortable to grip it with a fan grip or power grip. [Flight] Under 280 feet, the 1.3 SMS is dead straight. Beyond that, you will notice some some turn or flip-up from hyzer. When powered on a flat line, the SMS has a slow drift right. When thrown high on an anhyzer, the disc will hold the line without flexing out.

If you're looking for a stable to slightly overstable counterpart to the 1.3 Sirius Aurora MS, I would recommend the 1.8 Quantum Aurora MS "QMS" or the Infinite Color C-Blend Chariot. Both are more turn resistant and have more fade than the 1.3 Sirius Aurora MS.
