The Taco is Mint Discs' first beaded midrange, with stability inbetween the Mustang and the Bobcat. Fans of the Mustang will notice a familiar feel in the hand, but with added high speed and wind stability.

My Flight Ratings: 5/5/0/2 Neutral Throwing Distance: 350 Straight Score: Slightly Overstable

Super accurate disc, it has a similar stability to something like a faster cash but not an envy, where it holds straight, then dumps instead of gliding down. Its a little more rounded than something like a roc and a medium-sized bead, very comfortable for my big hands. Defo goes far for an OS mid (hence the glide), if you like an OS roc but dont like the unreliability of innovas production, this is the disc for you.

*NOTE* I only give 5-stars out to discs that I bag and throw actively. A 4-star disc is great. It may come in and out of the bag for me, but I could see another player actively bagging it.

Summary: This mid surprised me! More stable than a Mustang and Champ Roc3, but slightly less stable than a Pyro. Feels a lot like a Roc3 and holds up well into headwinds. Lower arm speeds will find this reliably overstable, and bigger arms will have a workhorse of a midrange. This is the perfect overstable midrange.

If I wasn't already in love with the Axiom Pyro this would be a high contender if not for the name alone!! I threw this in comparison to a fresh Champ Roc3 and slightly beat-up Neutron Prism Pyro. In terms of stability, the Pyro was the most stable, with the Taco coming next and the Roc3 being the least stable. Compared to the Mustang, this was significantly more stable even thought their flight numbers are the same. I bumped up the fade number because the Mustang belongs to the Mint family. I typically get my mids out to 350' pretty easily and I was getting the Taco to this distance.

Handfeel is very similar to a Champion Roc3, with a fairly rounded shoulder and a medium-sized bead.

I did do a couple of intentional throws to prematurely beat it in and see how that would affect the integrity of the flight. My idea was to give a season's worth of missing gaps, tree love, and shanks to see how well the flight would hold up. It was still just as stable as the Champ Roc3 I was testing alongside this.
