The Servo is a super straight-flying disc that’s easy to control. While the original MVP drivers (Volt, Shock, Amp) are classified as speed 8-9 drivers, the Servo is more similar to the Resistor with a 1.7 cm wing and a speed rating of 6.5. According to MVP: “The Servo is a straight-stable fairway driver with a low power requirement and controlled speed. Its extended GYRO™ push gives it less lateral movement and immense glide with an effortless forward fade. Both high and low power throwers alike will achieve easy pinpoint accuracy with ultimate control to make it one of their most used discs on the fairway.”

    Absolute Perfection

That's it. Everything you need to know. I've been looking for a fairway driver that feels and flies as close to the 3tooled FD2 as possible. This is it! Flat top Neutron Servo is the missing link. Gahhhh I love this disc! I'm so excited!

It flips up from a little hyzer, holds straight, mayyyybe a little drift, and then just enough stability to offer a little fade.

I can't wait for this to beat up a little bit and just become a hyzer flip laser

Trust me, you want need to bag this disc.

This is the fairway driver I was looking for to finish my bag. I'm bagging a light (168g) purple, Neutron Servo and it is the perfect hyzer flip disc. Out of the hand it flips up from a baby hyzer to flat, carries a LONG way, then finishes with a pushing fade. Flat release it gives a long s-flight and on anhyzer it holds the turn the whole flight. I'm entirely a woods player and this is what I'll be using to cut up fairways and push deep through the woods. Perfect complement to the Athenas I bag which have a straight flight with no turn and reliable fade, and to the Detour I bag which is much more understable and will flip up and hold a turn forever. Very reliable in that I'm pushing this disc 310-330' feet every time (in the woods without wind).

This is a solid fairway driver. Very comfortable in the hand. Faster than the flight numbers indicate imo. More like an 8 speed or so. Very straight flight with a touch of fade. Compared to the crave i would say it has a tad less glide, but otherwise it is very similar. Not the most reliable disc for forehand shots but otherwise great

This was one of my first discs when I was getting back into the sport a year ago. I keep trying new discs but this one keeps ending up back in the bag. For me it is very straight with a mild fade at the end. I can get it out to 300 feet on a good rip. It also handles torque pretty well so I will use it for forehands out to 275. It's a great all around disc with a very straight flight.

Really suprised this disc doesnt get more love. It beats in to an out of the box crave, maybe a touch more overstable. For me, it loves to go straight with a nice, but non-dumping, fade. Definitely possible to get some flip out of it as well making it a wonderfully workable woods disc.

It flew the same as my Craves, and I would suggest just getting one of those. I was bagging a crave and a servo. Lost the Servo in some water and proceeded to realize the Crave is capable of the same shot shapes, and was overall more consistent.

Great midrange that feels like a driver. I can rip this and throw it light. Beginners who want to throw a midrange hard, this is great. If you have more arm speed you can really turn it over on some nice anyhyzer lines. I use this 80% of the time of the teepad. Like a crave but more stable.

I think this disc is the single most underrated disc in the MVP/Axiom/Streamline family. People should be talking about this more.

This disc fits the slot for "very controllable fairway driver that still goes places". I also use it for hitting gaps, hyzers, and even dead straight sidearms.

I'm throwing this roughly 270ft backhand on flat ground, released at a flat angle. I also throw this into slight headwinds with a smidge of hyzer.

I've yet to have this disc turn and burn on me. This is my number 1 most thrown disc in my bag.

I bought this disc a couple years ago and pulled it from the bag because I had other discs at the time that flew very similar to it that I liked better. I went on vacation to Virginia this summer and decided to bring a bunch of discs that I did not currently bag so if I lost them, it would not be a problem. So I put my Servo in the bag and my goodness, this disc flew different for me now than it did a couple of years ago. My form has changed quite a bit since a couple years ago and now this disc flies more like a slightly beat in tee bird for me rather than a crave like it did in past. I realized that now I have a slot in my bag for this disc.

It has a very slight turn at the beginning of the flight, then flies straight for the remainder of the flight and has a pushing forward fade at the end. It feels great in the hand and is very easy to spin when releasing it back hand. It works great for forehands and backhands. I will use it for shots that need to go straight forever, but the safer miss is to the left. If I have a shot that has a safer miss to the right, then I will throw a crave instead.

This experience has made me realize how important it is to pull those discs out that you no longer use at least once per year and throw them and see if they fly different for you now than they did in the past. You will probably find a few every year that make there way back in your bag, like this Servo did for me.

Picked this up look for a disc like the axiom crave but with more fade and I'll tell you this is not it for me but I still love it. I've got a 174g neutron Servo and it's a hyzer flip beast. I put it on a slight hyzer it pops up then glides to the right for 350 ft or so and then either fades out or slides to the ground depending on how high up it is. I have multiple craves I bag in and out and they're more stable than this. Even my cosmic neutron Relay has less turn. So I think I just got a "weird" one. Disc feels great in my hand when using a modified pinch grip and has really helped my tight woods course game.

I've chained out twice with this disc in just a month. First one was a low ceiling shot on steep hyzer flip to dead straight for 330 feet hit the chains and bounce out after hitting the pole. Second was a light hyzer flip to turn over to the right. The fairway keep slowly moving to the right and the basket is about 345 feet away to where you can't quite see the basket. Heard the disc smash chains but found it sitting next to the basket unfortunately.

I'm going to pick up another Servo and see if I just got a flippy one or not.

Great disc, my best throwing disc in my bag.  Started a little over a year ago, pandemic prodigy, and at 50 yrs old don't have the arm strength/flexibility of the younger players.  This disc thrown hard has a slight turn with a consistent fade back to center.  Throw this disc up to 300 ft. on good days.

This was one of the first MVP discs I used. It was great for forehand shots for me, gets plenty of turn and glides pretty well. Too bad I threw it into a pond.

    • As an intermediate player, this helped increase my throw distance
    • Great for flex shots
    • Great for straight shots
    • Great for approaches that are too long for midrange

Was not a fan despite playing with those who love this disc. It doesn't turn and seemed to "dump" at the end shorter than other discs with the same speed.

I have to admit - it has been a few years since I've thrown this disc. My memories are that it flew really straight with some nice fade at the end. I liked it for shorter driver shots, but I ended up replacing it with my Crave/Clash combo. I wish it was available in Proton plastic - I might give it another try!

Profile: Like all MVP discs it has a thin profile (which I like) and the rim is pretty standard for a disc of this speed.

Flight: This disc is one of those discs that keeps going in and out of my bag.  It's hit plenty of trees over the past years and it's still stable.  It flies like a slow mid, not a control driver.  It is really stable, which isn't a bad thing - just not what it is suppose to be.  I can really get into this disc and it never goes very far for me.  It reminds me of my Justice in that regard, no matter how hard I throw it, it just seems to stop at the same spot every time. (Justice is far more stable than this one, FYI, not comparing their stabilities)

On the positive it's really consistent.  If I need a 265' (I throw 350'+) shot where the disc needs to hold a line and fade a good amount at the end this does that every time.  It holds a good line in the wind too.

Comparison: I don't have a great comparison, I would say the closest flight comparison would be a somewhere between a Harp and a Justice.

Final thoughts: I guess my biggest issue with this disc is the lack of distance.  I ended up using the Recycled Spark to fill this spot in my bag.

The servo is a great disc for me. when i first got it I mainly used it for forehand shots, which it handled pretty well. now that I've worked up my backhand speed more I can usually get 270-300ft with it. the one thing i really like about this disc is that it always has a (semi-hard) dependable fade at the end. its perfect for those shots where a tree is blocking the basket. aim a little to the side and it will fade around the tree everytime.  It flies similar to a leopard but with a more defined fade at the end.

The Servo has quickly become the go to disc for holes between 250 and 300. It has the rim of a driver and the ability to be held like a distance driver yet the control and stability of a control driver. It can be thrown with speed and yet will never flip and will always hold true to its line. Once broken in and gotten used to this disc can be used as a distance driver. Its low profile allows to effortlessly glide through the air, wind or no wind for pretty good distances for a 6 speed. If you are looking for a disc to handle the middle range shots of the pad, the servo is a great disc to try out and keep in your bag.

The Servo (Neutron 174g) has become one of my most used discs. It is an incredible fairway driver that I bought to test against my Stalkers (which I'd been using for years). The Servo quickly replaced the Stalker for several reasons. It has a low profile and feels small in my hand. The build of the disc is very similar to the Resistor but much less OS. Super flat top which helps it be very torque resistant. I would give this disc flight ratings of 7,4,-1,2. I look forward to building a nice Servo collection.

one of my top 3 discs I use on every course. The servo does not feel like there is even a -1 turn, the servo is much more overstable and is so easy to throw. The servo requires little to no effort to get that sucker gliding. I can throw this disc with a 45* flick anhizer throw and it will still fight back and fade in the end. Great for tricky shots out of the woods, or through odd gaps. I have also recently made several 70-80ft chip ins with this disc. I am looking to get a backup for my Servo since this is a must have disc in my bag, along side my Intertia and putter.

I own three Servos, 155g, 163g, and 168g. It fits excellently in my smaller than standard hands, and this disc once broken in acts similarly to a Leopard. I also use it for forehands and rollers. Hits short tunnels well, with consistent fade.

This disc feels great in the hand! This is my go to driver on most courses where the basket is under 450 feet from the tee (so a lot of recreational courses). >172g seems to be a good weight, though other players may desire something lighter or more heavy based on their playing style.

I have always been an big Innova fan; though I find myself using this over my standard Innova drivers more and more. Highly reccomended!

The Servo is substantially more stable than I thought it would be. My yellow Neutron plastic Servo weighs just 165g, but I don't ever get any high speed turn out of throws with it. I'd say it's only slightly less overstable than the Resistor. It has a mostly straight gradually fading flight that is very consistent. For me it flys a lot like my Z Buzz, only longer, perfectly stable, but not overly overstable. If you're a MVP fan and are looking for a stable disc that's just a little longer than a midrange, then you'll probably like the Servo. It's nothing special, and not a disc I'd recommend for beginners, but I'm sure there are some people out there who have a spot in their bag for a slower stable fairway driver.
