    Neutron SL Details

Streamline's Neutron plastic has the same opaque look of MVP Neutron but with a softer more comfortable feel made specifically for single mold discs. Neutron is reasonably durable and offers a satisfactory grip. This plastic is comparable with Innova Star.

My Flight Ratings: 10/4/0/4 Terrible for Beginners Throwing Distance: 300 Straight Score: Very Overstable

This review is specifically for the prototype and it's been stated that it's more overstable than they wanted it to be. Which means I'll most likely add another review for the stock run. The prototype flies very close to a firebird type disc and might even be slightly more overstable. But you can definitely notice the extra speed compared to discs of the firebird category. Goes slightly further, but bites harder as well. This disc feels amazing, however! This is probably my most anticipated disc atm, and if the stock run feels as good as the prototype does, while getting a less overstable flight, it'll be an easy 5 stars

While the Boost feels great in the hand and has a very useful overstable-flight, it does not push very far at all for a 10 speed with a supposed 5 glide. Like Robby was saying, it flies more like a firebird-type disc. It would be a great control disc for anyone in windy conditions. I think the Boost is too similar to Streamline's Flare in their lineup. It wouldn't surprise me if they tweak a few things when the finalized mold drops to be closer to what the numbers suggest.

I think the best comparison would be a new Star Firebird, Z Raptor, or the Swirly Scepters from a couple years ago. Not nearly as overstable as a Flare, but more overstable than a PD, Thunderbird, or Tesla. The flight reminded me of a faster less glidey Terra. I heard that this was a little too stable for what Eagle was looking for, hence the 'prototype' release. Only docking points because the handfeel was a little off for me, but I really liked the flight and the handfeel is something I could get used to.

I was tossing this about 400' and was getting minimal turn and a pretty strong fade. It was a little windy when I was testing it out, roughly 5-15mph, and I was really surprised with the winds that it was taking. Held the line I gave it and then had a strong fade for the final 30% of the flight.

For lower arm speeds, this would be a reliable fairway driver and higher armspeeds will get a reliable, control driver.
