The Canyon by Trash Panda is an overstable midrange that is made in the USA out of recycled plastic. Just like its namesake, the Canyon was shaped by time. It is a dependable midrange with a comfortable rim configuration that can handle the throwing styles of newer and experienced players. An overstable midrange that holds steady in the wind and fades when you need it to.

This disc has quickly turned into my favorite midrange I own. It flys quite straight with a consistent overstable finish at the end. If you put 100% into it it flys super straght the whole time with a slight fade at the end. Awesome disc and awesome company.

This disc is amazing. the hand feel, even for my big 6'4" hands, is incredible, the moving of the flashing is absolute genious and only further enhances the hand feel, its glidier and more overstable than the numbers. Its comparable to my beat-in jarn (which it may replace) or a chicane. Very controllable on forehand with the shallower feel. It does come in the inner core's gummy plastic so if you dont like that stuff its not for you.

I'm gunna start this review by saying this is my new favorite disc!! That isnt even an over exaggeration. Its my new go to approach disc. I recently played my 3rd round with it and I went out to my local course and threw it from every tee pad on the short layout and threw a -9. It's such a great disc. Reliable fade and decently torque resistant. Love it!

I am in love with this disc! The Canyon singlehandedly took over my OS approach slot and my OS mid slot, further consolidating my bag. It is a really workable disc for different shapes, with a reliable fade for straight or flex shots. Put on hyzer, it behaves exactly like you would expect an OS disc to behave. Overall, great disc, great company to support, get a Canyon and watch your scores lower!

Great approach disc/ slow mid. It is beaded but, feels good in the hand, both forehand and backhand. It is very true to the flight numbers, with low glide and it's definitely a 0 turn, holding what ever angle you put it on until the fade kicks in.

The plastic is a little too gummy and not very grippy, but if this were in a more stiff and gripper plastic, these would be perfect discs!

The Canyon from Trash Panda is pretty cool. I love Jesse and what he's doing for the disc golf community so I had to pickup the latest release. My thoughts are mixed over here.

On the one hand, this everything I wanted in an OS approach disc. It's torque resistant, lower glide, and has a pretty reliable fade. The bead is present, but that doesn't bother me muhc.

On the other hand... this run of recycyeld is so gummy and it's still somehow kinda slick.

This might be my new go-to approach disc. I think the 4 speed rating by Trash Panda is accurate. This thing isn't a fast mid, in fact I've been using it more in the approach slot. I like beaded putters and midranges and this thing feels great in my hand both forehand and backhand. The plastic is quite soft. Hopefully someday they can run it in a bit stiffer (and maybe grippier) plastic. Compared to other discs with similar flight ratings - this is much more OS than the Rat or P4. It's similar to a DGA breaker in both feel and flight, but it's a bit faster and goes a bit farther.

Other mids I bag include the Mint Mustang, Mint Taco, and Innova Gator. This disc has a similar stability to the Taco, perhaps even a bit more torque resistant on forehands. It's definitely a step down from the Gator, and way more OS than the Mustang.
