The Yikun Da’E is an ultra-fast, overstable driver. This is an excellent disc for advanced players looking for max distance, and works very well for forehand drives. The Da’E has a very wide rim and is the best wind fighter in the Yikun line.

I tested this together with its sibling the She Gong (13/5/0/2) and a Viking Thor (14/5/0/2) and believe that, while the Thor is more overstable than the numbers suggest, the Da'e still doesn't merit a 3 Fade (nor does the She Gong really merit the 2, btw). The good news is that this becomes more useable for me, after fearing that it might be too fast/overstable for my throwing power, and that I was really just getting it to flesh out the rest of my Yikun set. It does still have a very reliable fade, but gives me more distance before hooking left than some other overstable drivers I have, which can prove useful. for throwers with more power, I think they'd find this will work like a Yikun version of a Destroyer. I like Yikun's Phoenix plastic, btw -- kind of a Champion blend: It's durable and releases smoothly for me; also the colors are typically bright and easy to spot, and it cleans up more easily than some grades. However, I'll have to see how the new Glaze plastic fares in durability; if it proves itself, it might be my new favorite plastic from Yikun.

Feels good in the hand.  I like throwing both forehands and backhands with various amounts of power.   I turn over many of the other discs in the Yikun line.  This one holds up nicely.

I tried to like this disc, and gave it many throws to see if my opinion would change. It did not.it has a very sharp edge and is more over stable than advertised. I see that some like this disc, so maybe I got a bad run.

Love this as a beginner because it felt like I could hold on to the disc

I think that the Da'E is a great choice as an overstable distance driver that pushes into the role of an Innova Destroyer. You can put as much power on this disc as you want and it has great glide and distance before it makes a respectable fade to finish. I would say that it is an excellent choice for players who like to put some heat in their throws without having the disc flip over at all. Of course, the more power you have, the longer it will maintain that straight line before the fade.

Not recommended for beginners since it is generally too fast and too overstable to be of much use to a player who doesn't have the arm yet.

The Da'E gets good distance but has a lot more fade than the ratings reflect.  It fades earlier and sharper than a couple discs I have thrown with a 4 fade rating.   It needs some Anhyzer to get it to fly straight.  I would love to have this disc in a <150 weight for increased distance.

After some more use and practice, this disc can be thrown with the slightest of anhyzer to stay straight without turning over at all for overall long distance.  It will still fade hard, not forward, but it will clear a long distance before that fade.

I have replaced the Da'E with the World which provides consistency and the same flight path.

Great driver. Well suited even for beginners.

For me, at the very beginning of the way to the golf disc 2 years ago it was easier and further than TeeBird, with the same stability. Having a disk shape of speed 13, it is easier to manage than, for example, the Fortress, which is now losing the fight with him for a place in my bag. Phoenix Line (similar to Champion, VIP, Opto) 173 gr.

Relatively good in resistance to moderate headwinds.

This disc is also sold on Amazon in the Kestrel Pro Pack.  My bro-in-law got it for Christmas and he's a beginner and couldn't really throw it all too well.  I threw it once and got some insane distance on it.  Very impressed by how far it went.  The plastic is quite nice as well.
