This disc flies true to it's numbers. When I throw a forearm, I can definitely tell the -1 turn is there, and sometimes I turn it over with too much power. With a strong backhand, it get a nice S curve.

Talk about straight flight!  I would not recommend this disc in wind.   But if you have a calm day and you want straight line distance,  this is the disc.  It will just chew up ground and land almost dead center.   It has become a staple disc in my bag.   Word of warning, it goes further than I thought it would.

This disc is most comparable to a Teebird3 for me. It is great for tunnel shots and has a predictable fade at the end. I was not sure what to use it for in the beginning but I have been pulling it from my bag more and more. I trust this disc the more broken its gotten. I highly recommend.

I have a metal flake proton version of this disc.  It throws as described, overstable.  The plastic is super firm and lends to the overstability of the nature of this disc.  I like getting a perfect S-flight anhyzer or a right trending hook-shot when thrown forehand.  This disc can perform fairway sized rollers that flex left to right (RHFH) and consistently fight to land rim down.  This disc is staying in the bag as a fairway specialist for distance that moves in a typical S shaped flight pattern when thrown on anhyzer-flex.  This disc was super stable when I first picked it up, it felt like innova metal flake champion in every way.

This is one of my favorites for nice controlled turnover shots with a very predictable line. I would recommend this disc for any level player.

    ***review is for seasoned clash

My first review had to be this disc, my workhorse driver! Now I can't verify that my numbers are accurate to a fresh Clash -- mine was bought already relatively seasoned -- but the state of my 170 proton clash is perfect for shot shaping. This is my absolute forehand disc for about any range. With a decent fade and quick a bit of skip I can send it around trees and doglegs, and because mine is nice and broken in I can consistently shape s-curves both tight and fairly wide.

One last note, while there is quite a bit of fade it is a late gentle glide(y) fade unlike many that angle down quickly and fall like a rock.

I love this disc when used in combo with the Inspire and Crave. This fairway rim size is just about perfect, and I think the Clash stability works well for stronger players. A fantastic disc.

I bag all 3 Axiom fairway drivers. Love the clash when it gets windy or need a reliable fade that's harder than the Crave. I was using a Proton @ 165g. Will be trying a Neutron @ 174g next.

The clash is my favorite disc golf disc, hands down.

I've made a 120ft skip shot for birdie after a bad first 2 shots on a par 4. It felt REALLY good. I throw max weight proton because I play in the wooded courses of Wilmington NC. I can crank on this thing like I'm throwing an 11 speed, and it won't turn over. It might bite into a -1.5 turn if I REALLY pull hard on it from flat, but even then I can avoid the turn altogether by crushing it at a 15-20 degree angle. Usually though, it's just a laser beam that dumps hard like you see in the video. You can throw this disc flat, or on a big high hyzer, and it's going to fade the same. Because of its resistance to turning over, you can SMASH this thing FH. The only other disc in my bag that can compare to this disc FH in terms of stability is my Axiom Fireball, which (if you've thrown a fireball) is ridiculously overstable.

Unlike so many MVP and Axiom discs that have notoriously bad glide, this one just sails when you get it on a good straight line. I can get this disc to about 350 feet, it becomes difficult to get more distance after that because of the hard fade and rounded edge of the disc.?

This disc ended up replacing my Champion TeeBird. In my experience, it accomplished pretty much the same thing. I throw primarily RHFH. With modest power and a little annhyzer, this disc holds the line fairly well for a bit and then finishes with a nice, very predictable, penetrating fade. On a few RHBH shots that I recall, it accomplished the same thing. This is certainly a stable-overstable disc, but it can hold a unique line for a bit without immediately turning over or just burning out. On more of a flat finesse shot, I've found it to be very straight flying with a less-forward fade. The disc feels nice in the hand, and the Proton plastic is just gorgeous. I wouldn't call this a point-and-shoot disc, because I believe it gives you a lot more! Super straight is not always best...

This is currently the hardest working disc in my bag.  Has been for at least a year.  I can throw this at anything under 340 feet comfortably, backhand or forehand, and it is usually dead on.  I would love to try one out in Neutron plastic, but my Proton is too good to replace.

This disc has been in my bag over a year now and has seasoned in nicely. It has a nice turn to it in the early stages of flight with a decent penetrating fade at the end. It is a reliable disc that will fight a moderate headwind, just expect more turn from it. I tend to throw it on shots around the 225-250 range that need to turn in the early stages then fade at the end.

A great fairway driver when you want some turn, but a dependable fade.  My go to driver when I have some headwind.
