The Inspire is a neutral fairway driver from Axiom Discs. the Inspire has a nice feel in the hand, and its lack of dome allowed for a clean release. In flight, it reminds me a lot of a fresh DX Gazelle. It has some nice stability, but you can also work it on a variety of different lines. It held up to quite a bit of power, and to decent wind, but I would pair it with an overstable fairway to fully cover your shots.

This is a wonderful understable disc that allows the thrower to start building different lines. It is a great compliment to the Crave (stable) and Clash (overstable) for three shapable fairway drivers. I like using it as an anhyzer disc when I don't feel like flicking.

Being a low power player this is a money disc for me. I can get straight lines in tighter fairways, I can air it out in fields for some nice distance, or I can get nice turnover shots. This is one of my favorite discs.

I really like my 174g Proton Inspire.  The plastic feels great, the disc is gorgeous, and flies exactly how I wanted an understable fairway driver to fly.

The Inspire is not so understable that it flips and burns, but enough that it can consistently and predictably turn.  I think the heavy weight and the Proton plastic help with this a fair bit - I would recommend higher weights and Proton plastic.  The low speed means that it is fairly easy to flip, and as a result has a perfect flight shape for shorter rollers, tight fairways when you need a precise turn, and 300'-ish hyzer flips.

I have not experienced any problems with this disc so far.  I like its flight path a lot, and would definitely recommend this as my favorite in this bag slot.

Proton 163 grams, dayglow green with white rim.  Beautiful disc, beautiful flights.Nice somewhat understable flights, not as much as advertised and MUCH more fade at the end than advertised. I can anhyzer this disc into a headwind, get a huge turning flight, and it will still fade back a good 30 feet or more to the left at the end. Thrown flat it has some turn and a nice fade, and it will hyzer flip nicely, and still have that 30 foot fade at the end.  That incredibly consistent fade makes this disc awesome in Oklahoma winds. It isn't the fastest or longest disc, but I have never seen an understable disc with this consistant fade!  It has easily earned a permanent spot in my bag.

I am writing this review from my own prespective. I am a fairly new player who can only throw about 275 feet reliably.

    Pros:

    • Awesome aesthetics. I have a blue and orange proton inspire that I deemed my 'war eagle.' I think it goes without saying that I am an Auburn alum.
    • Very good feel in the hand. Room to get your fingers in for the grip.
    • Super straight and reliable driver with a little more turn than fade. Drives usually head right for a good ammount and then dive left ending up slightly right of target.
    • Very good glide and can stay up for a long time. As such tailwinds will send this disc flying far gting around 300 ft+ (compared to my normal ~275)
    • Can be a very good uphill disc that doesn't loose much when thrown up a hill.
    • Can be a dead straight hyzer flip disc if not in a headwind.
    • Can actually go left if given enough height (sacrificing distance).

    Cons:

    • Can get squirly in a headwind.

great disc for anybody who doesnt have a rocket launcher for an arm. Its an understable disc so it can be relied on for getting the fade you need. As far as grip goes it is very simulat to the crave.

Got this disc @ 158 grams. Beautiful disc, but this beast flies nothing like the numbers would suggest. If I throw it hard and flat rhbh it will go straight initially but then fade hard left. I can't use it for touch approach shots as it hyzers too fast and hard unless I throw way right. Maybe it will break in somewhat with time, but, the plastic seems very sturdy so it could be a while. I would put the numbers around 5, 4, -1, 3.

Great hyzer flip disc that stays straight forever. If you annie it it'll hold its turn all the way through. Very smooth flight an reliable.

I use both the Neutron and Proton Inspire. The Neutron is great off the tee on a hyzer flip, will hold its line and come down fairly straight. Also it's great for shaping anhyzer lines and has a tendency to make peoples jaws drop. The proton is pretty similiar but has a little more fade at the end.

I won the proton limited edition betsy ross design at a tournament and this thing is so durable its treated like a stable to overstable driver i dont even need to worry about it turning to hard it still maintains flight and comes back for now.  I can see this turning into one of my go to hyzer flip discs later down the line.

This disc Inspires me. I love the Crave, and the Inspire is just like it says it is, a more understable Crave. This disc has the same sleek profile with a nice flat top in smooth Neutron plastic. I was actually surprised with how stable it actually is. Brand new anyways, this 171g disc didn't turn much at all for me. I was expecting it to fly like my beat in Latitude 64 River, but it stayed much straighter without turning left. The Crave has some nice forward penetrating fade to it, and doesn't bank hard left with slow speed fade at the end of the flight. If you like MVP and Axiom discs, the Inspire is a good one.
