I have only thrown the pink Iron Samurai 3 (I've heard the blue is domier and more OS), but this disc is laser straight. I feel like this could handle any amount of power and not turn over.

I'm comfortable putting this on any line, knowing it will hold the line and finish straight or slightly left (RHBH). I haven't thrown many forehands with it, but the flat top makes it very comfortable to grip.

The C-Line Colored Glow plastic also feels very good.

This is the best midrange you will ever throw.  I would not recommend it for forehands but it has a fantastic flight backhand.  This disc will start out to be somewhat overstable with the finish at the end, but over time this disc will begin to hold any line you put on it.  Also, it is very flat which I love.

I personally am not a huge fan of this disc. i couldnt get the forehand out of it that i wanted so i gave it to my brother (LHBH) and he loves it. gets a nice flat straight throw out of it with a short fade at the end. a solid approach disc for the back hand player i guess. just not quite for me.

I carry a 2017 Eagle McMahon MD3 for overstable backhand drives and touch forehands. This particular run is extremely flat and fits perfectly in my hand. The color glow plastic on the MD3 is beautify grippy and gummy which I love. The color glow flies exactly like my regular C-Line MD3 which has a slicker plastic and a bit more dome. I think the MD3 is a great disc for anyone looking for a overstable midrange with reliable fade and tons of glide.

This is the best midrange out there. I was throwing roc3s and loved them other than the bead. I was hesitant to switch because I had learned to love the rocs and didn't want to invest in a whole new disc. I eventually decided to give md3s a try and I am glad I did. They feel great in the hand and are super reliable in the air. You can find all of the flights you need by using the different plastic types. Highly recommend this disc. If you don't love your midranges then give these a try. They will not disappoint.

This disc is great forehand or backhand. Very stables and holds it line well, with predictable hyzer finish. Great disc.

Color Glow is usually too heavy and stable for beginners. I suggest buying lighter plastics if you are new to disc golf (also it's cheaper).

Love this disc.  I have the Eagle Glow and Eagle Color glow.  Very stable mid with consistent soft fade at the end.  This mid can handle a lot of power without flipping. The glow plastic feels amazing.

I recenlty got the Glow Crowned Eagle version and I really love it. Not only is it one of my best looking discs, it is very reliable. I think the Glow plastic has a little less fade to it than the ratings say, but honestly I am okay with that. My buzz used to be my go to mid, but the MD3 has taken over that position in my bag

I recently picked up an Eagle Glow MD3 because I wanted a beadless midrange that I could throw both backhand and forehand. I currently throw Roc3s in this slot but the large bead gave me inconsistent releases. The MD3 is very similar to a Roc3 in flight and feel sans the bead, which sounded perfect for me. The Innova glow plastic feels amazing in the hand and provides better grip than champion while providing similar durability. I knew right away I was going to love the MD3 just because of the plastic and beadless profile.

After throwing a few rounds with the MD3, I can honestly say it's my favorite midrange I have ever thrown. In the past I have used Buzzzes and loved the feel but wanted something more overstable. That's when I started throwing Roc3s, they had the flight pattern I wanted, but I had issues with the bead. The MD3 brings a very similar feel and profile to the Buzzz with a more predictable and overstable flight. Perfection!

If you haven't thrown a MD3 yet and want a better feeling Roc3 then grab yourself a MD3 and don't look back.

Looking for a consistent straight to stable midrange? Then this is the disc for you has an extremely reliable fade that is forward penetrating instead of being dumpy like a lot of other midranges theres a reason all the top pros from discmania bag this disc plus the glow C line is by far my favorite plastic for midranges has a great grip to it while not being too stiff. Great disc for all players and real straight flyer for forehanders as well.

I am a huge fan of the most recent Eagle Glow MD3, this disc is nice and straight for 200-250ft and then hooks up nicely. It is super dependent! I had a C-line MD3 early on in my development and it was just a little too much of a disc than my form and arm speed could handle at the time. But coming back to this disc after working on my form and power I am  really happy with it, I wish it was just a tad more stable just so that it would complement my MVP matrix a little bit better there is currently a little bit of an overlap. However, great disc!

The MD3 is comfortable in the hand and pinpoint accurate in the air. It has a great straight flight with predictable fade, making it a versatile midrange that makes it easy to hit your lines and land with precision. It excels at wooded shots that have to fly dead straight with no turn, or at long, steady hyzers that need to hold the same path throughout the flight. With practice, it can also become a great anhyzer approach disc that will float down and stay there.

The Eagle McMahon Glow C-Lines are arguably the most versatile of the line, look great, and have the perfect mix of durability and grip.

This is my workhorse midrange and I cannot recommend it enough. If you like beadless, stable midranges, this could be your money disc.

Maamaa Mia! This is a great disc for anyone who wants a straight flying no turn disc, (tossed flat) with minimal fade! once broken in it is very maneuverable into any line you can imagine and it fits your hand perfect. i find myself going for this disc for any control shot, because it holds its line so well.It also handles wind better than expected. I tried just about every mid, and this is the ONE. The buzzz, compass and truth just turned to much and the warship did'nt feel right in my hand. I can't say enough good things about what this disc brings to the table. Try it.

Wow, I love this disc!  I picked up the Signature Glow C-line because I've been playing a lot of night golf and it looked awesome, but now it is one of my main mids.

I find this disk to be easy to throw on extremely straight lines with a reliable fade.  This disc didn't feel that overstable to me, which I like because I use it for very straight shots.  That being said, I haven't found it great for anheizer shots that you need to fade out left at the end.

I also will use this disc for tight drives sometimes because it will glide incredibly far with relatively low power.  When driving this disc I release on a heizer angle and it will flip to maybe a -1 turn with a 1 or 2 fade finish.

This is a super fun disc to throw and I would highly recommend it.

Also, I use the glow Simon md4 as a more overstable counterpart, these discs won me over

    (Eagle McMahon Signature Glow)

This disc is stupid (i love it) because of how far you can throw it. I feel like it's almost cheating. I can throw this 300+ feet. It's funny to watch it because you can put a ton of power into it and it just sits up and glides so stinking slow through the air and doesn't even think about landing.

Flat, flat, flat, flat, and faaaaade out. It can crash a little on the fade sometimes if you throw it with too much hyzer but generally it'll fade out nice and easy.

I have been a long time Roc and Roc3 thrower. I picked up first run McPro Roc3 when they came out and fell in love. It was my favorite disc, and my first one always has a special spot on the shelf. I consistently bagged some form of premium roc3 and a couple mcpro roc3s in various stages of wear for a few years. Having said that, my pink, 180g, Signature C-Line Colored Glow MD3 has dethroned my Roc3s as king midrange.

The Glow C MD3 flies, to me, like a fairly new McPro Roc3. Straight, glide-y, with a moderate but reliable fade. When thrown hard, it has a touch of turn, maybe not a full -1, but somewhere in the 0.5 to 0.75 range.

I also have a Metal Flake MD3 which has a bit more HSS. I'd rate it a 0. Its fade is very similar to the Glow one. I mainly keep it as a back up, for strong headwind, or for hard flip-up sidearms that I don't want to drift at all. And while we're on the topic of sidearms...

I love to flick slower discs. The one issue I had with my Rocs was that the large bead felt uncomfortable at times for sidearm. While I have a hard time calling the MD3 beadless, I'd say it has a significantly smaller bead than the Roc3. It is very comfortable for sidearms. For power sidearms, it will flip up, turn a little, then reliably fade back. It also holds finesse lines extremely well, and it's low speed stability really shines.

Speaking of shine, the plastic and stamp look phenomenal. I get compliments on the look of the disc all the time, and the glow C-Line glows brilliantly. I'm never worried pulling it out for night golf.

If you like the the long, straight flight of  McPro Roc3 and want something that feels a little more comfortable in the hand and won't need to be cycled, look no further than the Signature C-Line Colored Glow MD3. The Metal Flake MD3 is also a fantastic option with a touch more HSS. I'd rate the former as a 5 5 -0.5 2, and the latter as a 5 5 0 2.

For more glidey, OS midrange shots, I highly recommend the MD4, but that's another review...

The color glow is a wonderful mid-range disc. It's a wonderful straight flier with consistent fade that you can count on to drop when you want it without it being a meat hook. For intermediate to open players, the MD3 can be your go-to mid-range.

Less experienced players or those with lower arm speed will find a reliable, overstable mid-range in the MD3. As you learn the disc and improve your form you will get added benefits and see more and more lines.

The MD3 is another great disc from Discmania, one that I would recommend to any player looking for a new go-to mid-range. If you're a fan of Eagle, all the better. His signature edition has a bit of extra stability, and supports Eagle's touring.
