Looking for a fantastic midrange? The Gateway Element is your answer. This slightly understable disc will hold any line you give it. Throw it flat and watch it fly straight. Put a hard hyzer on it and watch it hyzer flip for a long time. Throw it with anhyzer and watch it maintain the turn throughout the flight. The Element is a great golf disc for beginners, especially in very light weights.

This is a decent disc, point and shoot. I tried it by happenstance as I found an unmarked one on the course. The reason for the 3 stars for me is I couldn't get use to the grip. The plastic I got was firm but slick. So for me I moved on quickly from this and traded it in for store credit. The flight was nice and was super straight. Maybe I had a freak disc too, where it was slicker then others. I know I had that with Innova too.

I echo everything else that has already been said about this disc. It is a dead aim thrower that goes wherever you want it with minimal power. My favorite part about it though is the way it feels in the hand. The rim doesn't fades gently and doesn't have the deep cut in I've had in several other mids. Possibly preference but it makes a huge difference for me. Great for wooded shots under 300' where a putter would work but you want a little more muscle.

The Element kinda does what it's supposed to, but maybe with a bit more understability. I use it for standstill turnovers; other than that, it doesn't get along with me well, but it does turn over very predictably. I, as a snappy air bounce thrower, just can't use this off the tee like I'd hope. As a side note, it has a very droppy fade once it gets to fading.

The Evo Platinum plastic does feel pretty great though. The Element has a big dome and a bit of a bead on an otherwise Stingray-like triangular rim.
