The G-Blend Cohort features a smooth, glidey flight with a slightly more durable and flexible feel than baseline plastics. The grippy G-Blend plastic performs well in cooler conditions and holds its shape longer, offering consistent control for both putting and approach shots.

This is a great putter for throwing or putting, though bigger arms may prefer a more overstable thrower. Average throw distance is under 100' (duh, it's usually a putt) but most folks will max it out at 200' or more. Will hold anny or hyzer but excels as a striaight putter/midrange with a slight finish at flight's end. I love the hand feel of the plastic and the low profile. Have three, all good, but a 150 class G blend is my favorite. Unfortunately, Infinite doesn't seem to ever have G blend in stock anymore but I'd recommend you give the Cohort a try in any blend/weight that sounds promising to you.

This disc is amazing! I get the distance of my 5-speed mids with the control of a putter. I mostly use this for dead-straight shots, but it is versatile enough for anny or hyzer lines. It does want to land flat, so may not be perfect for forever turnover shots, but at least it shouldn't throller on you.

It's not be my first choice for FH, since it isn't forgiving to wrist-rollover errors, but get a clean release, and this works great for FH.

Just about once a round, people will ask me what that disc is. They are always amazed when I tell them it's a 3 speed putter.

Absolute beginners may do slightly better with a base plastic version (D-Blend), but this  G-Blend should be fine for any player of any skill level. Mine was slightly overstable new, but has beaten in to pretty dead straight with a touch of fade at the end.

Reviewing the Infinite Cohort as a throwing putter, as it is a little too fast for me to putt with.

I would say the flight numbers are perfect for the G blend Cohort, and it flies exactly the line you put it on. If your angle is right, this thing flies on a rope. I forehand more than backhand so I don't have much backhand power but my form is there, so this thing is a luxury to have at a wooded course, when you need the same shot from a standstill. Good form can get this thing 250-300 off the tee with the right height and nose angle, like a good throwing putter should be. It's also more shallow than most putters (that aren't zones or pigs), so it's easier for me to release clean on both backhand and forehand throws, although forehand is less forgiving than backhand due to a slight dome and medium level of torque resistance.

Would I say the cohort will have a place in every player's bag? No.

Would I say the cohort will surprise you with super straight flight and give you some controlled distance when the disc can't move left or right at all? Maybe.

Would I recommend trying the Cohort? Absolutely

If you throw the D and R blend Cohorts, get the G to complete the set. It is mich more stable and can act as your moderately overstable approac putter.

This disc was my first driving putter. I got it from my brother, who had gotten it as a mystery disc, and hated it. At first I wasn't a fan, but once I started getting a higher arm speed, if I put this disc on a slight hyzer flip, it will go straight as an arrow, and fade out really predictably. This has to be my favorite driving putter, and I will say, this disc pushed the limits between a putter and a midrange! I would recommend this disc hands down if you want a reliable driving putter, with great distance and control! Sadly I lost mine this winter, but it is going to go back in my bag as soon as I have the chance!

This sucker is STRAIGHT as can be. I got it in a 166g weight as most of my putting putters I like to be near 168. But in the G-Blend its a bit more of a thrower and probably would have liked a heavier weight to handle a bit more torque. The thing is tough. You don't have to throw this hard and it will cruise EXACTLY on the line you release it on and just drop. I would say the fade is a 0... or maybe just a .5 It just lands where you send it.

Tried this disc in a 175G D-blend plastic and it made my bag right away as an approach putter. I've tried about 30 different putters, and have been throwing wardens the last 2 years as my approach disc but I like the cohort just as much if not more.

The Shape of the cohort is a bit different then most other putters. it has a small dome and thin lip. The closest thing i can compare it to is like if someone made a buzzz in putter form. Also, I like the D-blend plastic a lot more then the Innova's DX plastic. I feel like it has just the right amount of grip, and is a little bit stiffer and durable.

The Flight of this disc is what I really like. It has a ton of glide and decent speed so you can get 150-200 ft of distance with minimal effort. It's a good disc to learn angle control and fix form issues. If you throw it hard it will hyzer flip or turn over, but for anything under 250ft it will hold whatever angle you put it on. For that reason I use it for tunnel shots and approach shots. Since it has so much glide it is harder to throw on a windy day.

It seems I have a Cohort collection now. This is my absolute favorite disc, and I don't visit a course without 3 of them in my bag. The new G-blend discs are absolute money. I use a G-blend 159g for longer putts, and it's amazing how much glide it has with a relatively low-powered putt; it just finds metal from 30-70 feet...effortlessly. 175g R-blend is my go-to putter inside the circle, and they truly make me a better disc golfer than I am. My 168-172g G-blend discs are incredible off the tee and for approach shots out to 240'...with very good accuracy. . .on almost any line. The Cohort helped me learn how to throw anhyzers accurately, and I'm now applying the knowledge to faster discs. This is a great disc to learn disc golf with!

I got a G-blend Limited edition Cohort as a mystery disc added to one of my orders. I had never thrown any infinite plastic before and never heard of this disc before. I sure am glad that I got it, even by chance, because it has improved my game.

This is the disc that helped me really learn how to throw putters. the soft grippy G-blend plastic feels great in my hand and it flies as pretty as it looks. Its a nice neutral to understable putter when thrown with power. It holds the line beautifully and I often find myself grabbing it for open shots within 300' for its consitency and soft finish.

In short this is a disc I didn't know I needed. I would reccomend it to anyone looking for a great throwing putter.

After throwing and loving the D-Blend I picked up a couple G-Blend when they came out. I haven't thrown a straighter flying disc than this one! Very useful for any level player.

Only thrown the disc a few times now. But so far I love it! It's a great beadless putter, it will hold any angle you put it on. I highly recommend you try one of these!
