The Star SL is pretty much what it says on the tin: a Starfire with a flatter underwing and less ovestable, longer flight. Innova's assigned numbers of 10 | 5 | -1 | 2 are pretty spot on, making this a nice entry in the not-so-max distance driver category: controllable, not too overstable, but able to handle plenty of power. Modest turn is followed by a predictable (but not sharp) fade, with a healthy amount of glide throughout. Tolerates headwinds decently well, turning more but still finishing in a predictable fashion. Nothing about the feel is tremendously offensive to the hand, although the F2s I have both have slight variations in the concavity of the underwing at different points around the disc.
