    Sirius – 152g, Millennium – 168g

I've been throwing the Orion LS for around 12 years and it's been a long standing trustworthy disc for straight shots with very little fade. It also gives surprising distance! I've had some good throws that matched my farthest flying faster drivers! I would say the glide rating should be at least 5, not 4. My max distance is just under 300 feet just for reference. I have 3 Orions, two older ones in Millennium plastic and one new in Sirius. Even though it's much lighter, my Sirius disc is far more overstable than my old Millenniums and I don't think it's just because the old ones are beat in. Comparing the rims shows that they are quite different discs, with the Sirius having a much narrower and higher edge than my older discs. I can't be sure if it's because of the Sirius plastic or if the mold has actually changed. I'll have to buy a new disc in Millennium plastic some time and compare. I find the Sirius plastic to be very firm and not as grippy as other Star type plastics.

Unless you're hitting over 350 feet, I would recommend getting the Millennium plastic if you want to get the nice straight flight that this disc is renowned for. The Orion LS feels very comfortable and natural to me. I don't have to think about how I'm going to throw it, it just does what I want so easily. It's fairly low profile too so it's good for FH and BH. As far as the numbers go, in Millennium plastic I'd say it's a 9 5 -2 1, and in Sirius it's more like 9 4 0 2. I don't see other people saying that the Sirius plastic is that overstable so maybe mine is unusual. If you're looking for a great driver for tunnel shots, you can't go wrong with the Orion LS. It's a time tested dependable disc.

I have this disc in both Standard and Sirius plastic. This is the straightest 9 speed driver I've ever seen, and it's not even super flippy. On hyzer it will pop up to flat and drift right slightly, but will usually land relatively straight. My sirius one is a little more US and straighter, but my Standard has exceptional grip. Everyone should try this if they want to stick with hybrid/control drivers instead of going to full distance drivers.

Good distance with exceptional accuracy. I would highly recommend this disc for a beginner that has a little power.

Love the MOLS! VERY straight disk to begin with and once it beats in you can throw it flat and have it turn over for a nice soft anny-ish finish. Not super power hungry and glides forever. For my small hands, this is easily the easiest, furthest disc to throw in my bag. I carry 3 MOLS in different levels of beatness and complement these with the MOLF. GREAT DISC!
