The Relativity is the more understable distance driver of the 24.5mm "wide rim" class of drivers from MVP. The Relativity allows controllable turnovers, rollers, and high line distance shots. While the disc will normally land more on the understable side of its launch point, it's high-speed design forces an ending fade that can bring the disc out of unwanted turnovers.

Once upon a time, a boy couldn't reach 300' with his drives; neither forehand nor backhand. Then he got an MVP Relativity as a surprise mystery disc, and suddenly 350' was happening with ease!

You too can increase your distance, so long as you don't mind a rim so wide it'll make you feel like you have a baby hand - it's as wide as they get and it shows!

I can't throw this full force with a forehand anymore - I'll release it on a steep hyzer just to watch it roll all the way over into a lovely little roller. However, it's quickly become my go to max distance backhand disc! One of the few discs I can consistently put over 350' with my backhand!

One disclaimer: DO NOT THROW THIS IN THE WIND. You will never see the disc again.

The Relativity is a very fast, long, understable driver from MVP. The rim is very wide, and for whatever reason feels somewhat uncomfortable in the hand. My Relativity is fairly domey. Just visually inspecting the disc anyone can see it's going to be long.

The Relativity seems to fly pretty true to its given numbers. Its lightning fast, glidey, and flippy. Its a bit of an erratic flier with a fairly small window of effective performance. By that I mean the Relativity is touchy. Throw the disc a bit too hard and it flips. Throw it too softly and it stalls out listlessly. Finding the perfect amount of hyzer to release the Relativity on can be a chore, and resulted in a quite a few bad shots for me. Once this disc flips, it stays flipped. Not a lot of late fade to bring it back. I ended up with a lot of shots that ended up really long and VERY right of the target.

Top shelf distance. The Relativity is among the elite bombers on the market. I was able to get it well over 400' despite the disc being finicky to throw consistently. I've had the best results with the Relativity when I throw it high. This disc needs a lot of height to work through its prolonged high speed turn and subtle late fade. Thrown too low the disc will just turn over and find the ground quickly.

Overall, I enjoyed throwing the Relativity despite it not being a very consistent/accurate disc. Its hard to gauge the amount of hyzer to put on drives to keep them on a proper flight. ANY sort of headwind or breeze plays havoc with the Relativity. I found it to be a way better performer in calm or downwind conditions. In any case I probably wouldn't ever use this disc for drives where accuracy really mattered.

I can't recommend this disc to beginners, but it isn't super hard to get it up to speed either. Ridiculously long, but wildly erratic. Reminiscent of a Vulcan or Nuke SS. Same flight as the Catalyst, but longer/faster.

This disc has been in and out as my top distance driver, I don't have a great arm (325 ft max) but this disc is one of a few (including the Pharaoh and Jade) that I have been able to pump out for my current max distance.  I would definitely recommend it over the Catalyst and Octane if a beginner is looking for a disc with this type of speed in the MVP lineup.

This is very wide rimmed driver. Despite its flight numbers it is not too understable but rather lets you carve out the lines that you want. Takes some practice to figure out release angles but ones you get familiar with this disc it will produce fantastic distance and lines.
