Vibram makes great putters, and the Summit is no exception. Unlike the Ridge and V.P., the Summit is an understable putter that has more turn than it does fade. If you threw the Summit at 40 miles per hour with a backhand throw, it would turn to the right 12 degrees and then fade back to the left 5 degrees. For the average golfer, this is a straight-flying disc that won’t fade much at the end of the flight. The Summit is a great putt and approach disc for beginners.

This is an understable putter. It feels very good in the hand. The rubber is fairly slick, and when it is wey the disc is pretty slippery. The Summit feels like a typical putter, it is pretty comfortable to hold onto.

As a driving putter it is hard to get some good distance on it. On average I would throw about 200 feet. On these drives I have to be careful to not turn it over. The understabilty of the Summit makes it great for short anhyzer lines. I have this disc in my bag for this aspect of it, the short anhyzer line.

Putting wise the disc is pretty typical. I wouldn't call it amazing or terrible. Push putting is pretty solid, I would say its my preferred with this disc. Its easy to push put fairly long distances. Turbo putting is not comfortable. I wasn't able to get a consistent flight path out of it.

Overall this is a good putter, great for short anhyzer throws or long push putts. I attribute the understability and ease of the push put to it being a light disc, I have a 164g Summit. I would assume a max weight will act very differently than the one that I have.

The Summit is my favorite for short approaches. It holds any angle and in X-Link soft sticks the landing without any skip. Soft is very floppy. That's right, floppy, not flippy. It takes some getting used to, but it's a very useful utility mold. I don't like the floppy discs for putting, but they drive well on a hyzer flip and the Summit has good glide for a putter. It's good for tunnel shots. upshots, short turnovers and short drives in the woods. Being understable, it doesn't do great in the wind.

Like the VP; the Summit is also shaped like a lid. Vibram throwers looking for a more rounded rim on their putter would prefer the Sole or Ridge. Medium X-Link is best for putts and drives; Soft is best for parking it on approaches.

This is the first putter I have ever used or owned. When I first started playing I would only use one disc, and did not even know there were putters and midrange discs. Once I got back into the sport I found that people had putters. I picked up the summit from a friend and it has stayed in my bag ever since. I really only use it for putting an up shots. But with this putter my score has gotten better as I have improved my technique.

This is a great Putting Putter.  Fairly soft rubber, and shallow rim, so it feels great in the hand.  I love this disc for 'In the circle putts'.  If you get it near the basket it is likely to grab the chains and stay in the basket.  I don't typically use this disc as a throwing putter, but when you give it some power, it flies straight with an easy predictable fade at the end.

I cannot recommend this putter enough.

One of my favorite putters and is only a 150 class!  Very beginner friendly and flies straight.  When thrown with some power it runs with a sweet anhyzer line that never ends.  As a putter I can throw from much further out and it holds a straighter line much longer.

I have a summit at 173 grams in x-link medium.  It is my go to approach disc.  It's a straight flyer when throwing lower powered shots with a small amount of fade as it slows.  Its low glide makes it fairly easy to range and avoid going too much past the target.  It also holds anhyzers quite well.  I don't generally give it full power or throw it into headwinds because it will turn.  I just use other discs for these situations and use this one for where it excels.  It pairs well with a v.p. as a more overstable putter.

This was my very first Vibram disc, i got it on a whim to add a few extra putters to my bag and im very very glad i did.

When thrown RHBH this is a very flat flying straight disc with minimal fade, however when you put a little power behind this disc it will hook a touch to the right, flatten out..... and eventually slightly fade back to the left

If thrown with 80%+ power this disc will actually land farther to the right then you aimed, i smashed an 80' and 85' approach/putt with this in the first month of owning the disc.  Apparently its amazing for power putting too since it has a thumbpring groove on the bottom of the disc.

If im within 50' i use my Aviar... anything further and its 100% gonna be my Vibram Summit
