I putted with Aviars for years before discovering the Warden.

The Classic blend plastic has a similar tack and hand feel to my old XT Aviars after a few hundred putts, but without all of the missing chunks and damage.

It's great to have a variety of putter plastics to choose from: Classic for warmer weather, Classic blend for colder/wetter conditions - or a sloping green.

They also throw quite well - but I'd grab a premium plastic for that purpose.

This has been my go to putter for years. It grips well, I love the beadless rim, and it flies very straight and true. I drive with a Judge and this feels a little less stable to really allow me to frame up 30 foot putts. It's relatively wind resistant when throw with low to moderate power. I don't use a lot of spin when I putt so it really just checks all the boxes for me. An amazing disc, definitely recommended!!

I love the Warden! I spin putt and the Warden has a nice flat top (at least the ones I got) it has good glide, nice and neutral, in premium plastic its nice and strait with a little fade at the end, I recommend this to anyone beginner or not!

This disc is great for inside the circle putts, it has great glide so it can go without needing quite as much power. I haven't used it off the tee or for approaches, but I am assuming it is a slightly straighter Judge. Classic Blend is my favorite plastic from DD for Putters, overall this disc is great and I am happy to have it in my bag.

Disc - 173 Dynamic Discs Classic Hybrid Warden

Feel - The warden feels really good in the hand. It is not super deep and has no bead. It feels similar to an Innova Aviar but in my opinion it feels better. It feels really good for both putting and throwing. The Classic Hybrid plastic is a new plastic from DD and it is amazing. It is a bit stiffer than Classic Blend but not as stiff as Classic Hard. In my opinion, Classic hybrid plastic is the best putter plastic in the game.

Flight - The warden is an extremely straight. As it beats in you will get a bit of turn out of it but not much. For putting it will hold very straight for almost all of the flight and then fade at the end. I love the warden and the judge as well from DD. Not sure what they are doing with their molds but I love the way that they feel in the hand and how they fly.

Overall - I would recommend the warden to anyone who plays disc golf. It a perfect putter for new players and advanced players alike. If you like headless putters then definitely give the warden a try.

I was having troubles with my old putter. I used to bag the myth but i didn't like how it felt in my hand and it always seemed to drop out of the sky too quick or hyzer out too quickly. Flash forward to picking up some classic blend wardens. This disc is super comfortable with the grippy yet stiff plastic and the beadless release just seems so clean out of my hand. Not overly deep but it feels like you can ge your fingers around it without being awkward to hold. It seems to stay in the air for so long with just a little spin on the disc. It has enough stability to punch through very slight winds but not might be the best if you have some stronger winds in play. I don't really throw this off the tee but in the field the few times I've let it air our it seems to fly just like the charts. long straight flight with little fade at the end. I'll occasionally use a classic blend burst to throw slow anhyzer approach shots. It holds that angle all the way and has that little fade at the end to get it flat right before it hits the ground. All around amazing disc. I just wish I had used is sooner.

I almost exclusively use this as my putting putter, but it's a great throwing disc too. Classic blend plastic is firm yet grippy which I like. Feels the best in warmer weather in my opinion, but works fine in the cold too. I just find myself needing to breath on my hand in the cold to enhance my grip. Not a real shallow mold but it's shape is pretty natural and almost like a small frisbee feel. Good glide and stays pretty straight with a little hyzer fade into the basket. I'm a softer putter and the Warden maintains it's push forward well for me. For throwing, the classic blend plastic version I have can be a little touchy with bad form but I've found it to fly on a rope and land straight out to 200-250 if released on a slight hyzer. Will get beat up pretty fast in this plastic if you're throwing though. Overall a solid disc

This disc is excellent for both putt & approach. I picked up a few in Classic Blend classic. Both the grip and reliability are there. You don't have to put all of your juice into it to get it to fly far on approaches, in fact I wouldn't recommend that. On approaches just release it smooth and flat and watch it go right at the target without deviation.

Putting with this disc is also recommended. I get a smooth feeling release with the Classic Blend plastic and this disc is really starting to shave strokes off of my short game. I recommend this over the Judge for putting because it has no bead. There's less chance of having it hook up on a finger and wobble.

I absolutely love beadless putters like the Warden.  The Classic Blend is somewhat resilient and offers excellent grip.  A fair amount of glide means this disc can be thrown off the tee even on shorter drives and throws both forehand and backhand equally well.  A speed of 2 will be easy enough for anyone to enjoy the benefits of this putter/approach.  I was so pleased by this disc I recently ordered a Fuzion Burst, for something a little more durable to drive with off the tee.  Stay tuned for a separate review of the Fuzion Burst soon.

The Warden is the Aviar of the Trilogy family, plain and simple. The warden comes in a huge variety of plastics and it's feel in the hand is very comfortable to spin and pitch putting alike. My test subject was a Classic Blend at 174g and man is classic blend just the best putter plastic, it has the perfect amount of give and very high tack while offering great glide.

The Warden as a thrower is frozen rope straight with a little tiny fade at the end. It glides like all get out and assuming you have the control this disc will do exactly what you want making it excellent for upshots and short drives. As a putter outside the circle focusing on more spin puts this disc works well, although I did find mine starting to hyzer out just a little early once I got to the 60ft range I probably need more power to utilize for that range. Inside the circle using more of a pitch putt the Warden was incredibly accurate. I could predict the fade almost perfectly and it held the fade the entire time I owned it.

The warden handles the wind alright, it isn't very overstable so light headwinds are manageable but if it starts to kick up you might want to change discs. Tail and cross winds this disc works pretty good and remained predictable.

Beginners will like this disc for putting and probably even more so for driving/upshots since it is very workable.

The Warden suits my style of play very nicely and for awhile was a go to putter for me until I decided I wanted to utilize the same mold for putting and throwing. It is very workable and predictable and since it has a pretty good selection of plastics available it gets nothing short of a 5/5 although for me it was harder to find lucid or fuzion wardens and if that is something you care about should be considered.

If you want a putter that can do it all then look no further. No bead, no problem the Warden has you covered. This is a very straight putter and it has a great amount of glide. I love the Warden and it is my go to putter. Classic Blend feel great in the hand with a good amount of tackiness to it. You can put this putter on an anhyzer line and it will hold it. This disc basically goes wherever you throw it to. If you are looking for a beadless putter that can do it all the Warden is what you are after.

Classic Blend, 175g. GREAT for putting and approach.  Glides well and holds a straight line within the circle.  Love it for anhyzer approaches, but doesn't seem to hold a gentle hyzer line too well in my experience.  Will hold a dead straight line from 100-150 feet if thrown perfectly flat but turns over pretty easily if powered up.  Will definitely show you any flaws in your form.  I don't use it as a driving putter for that reason, but I love it for putting.  Beadless and very comfortable in the hand.  I used Aviars before this and definitely prefer the Warden as a putter.

What is hyped is true! This is my new favorite driving putter for laser straight lines release to impact! You can crank on it without it turning over. However you must have good form because it virtually has zero fade when cranked! If I need fade I switch to my Lucid Judge however for me my Judge has turn where the Warrent in Classic Blend doesn't. But the Warrent is still new whereas my Lucid Judge is beaten in.

I also had a Deco Dye Warrent which was domey and almost could match my Claymore for Distance however I lost it on day 2....

But lastly my Blend warrant is the PERFECT anhyser disc. Holds the release angle w/o turn or fade nearly to the ground with consistancy! Its the easiest disc to anny I've yet to throw from mids to drivers!

Previously a Pure thrower, I experimented with other beadless putters and discovered the Warden.   The beadless rim putters feel the best in my hand, and give me the most confidence that my throws will come out cleanly.  That is the biggest factor for me choosing a putter.

The difference with the Warden is I find the flight to be straighter, more solid and more predictable, particular in moderately windy conditions.  It feels like a bullet compared to the floaty, boaty feeling I get now with the Pures.  Longer putts stay straighter longer and seem less sensitive to mistakes, e.g. slightly nose up putts.

I also use the Warden for most approach shots. Just point and throw type shots are very predictable, and keep their shape nicely - hyzer, flat or anhyzer.  Keeping it beadless, I use the Zone for overstable backhand approaches, high wind conditions, and is my workhorse for Forehand flicks.  Buzzz for Mid range.

Plastic wise I like both Classic and Classic blend.   I'm using the Classic Blend currently.  I played with the Fluid plastic Warden for long putter drives, but I usually prefer the speed and glide of a Proxy or a Mid.

Finally, putting is also about "Mojo" for me.  I like Black putters that match my name.  Black Warden just sounds cool too.  So leave me the black colored putters when you pick yours out ;)

One of the most stable putters on the market. This disc will let you know if your form is wrong very quick. Always holds the line though.

This is by far the best putter I have ever used. I bought two on sunday after some research, and fell in love with the first throw. As a testament to their beginnner friendlyness, my soon to be nine year old son sank a putt from 40 ft. He's been playing a week now. This thing goes exactly where you throw it. Highly recommend.

I started putting with this disc and I love it more than anything in my bag. I throw a 175g Warden and it is my all around putter, driving, lay up shots, and regular putt shots. I have thrown the Judge in the same mold and did not like it as much as I do the Warden.

Still gettinng used to this disc, I own the orange scented disc and it smells great and hasen't worn out. The disc it's self flys streight and has a nice amount of float too it. 4 stars becasue it's better thrown over long distaces and I find it hard to use close range.

The warden is the most comfortable disc I've putted with, and it goes where you toss it without fading too hard at the end of the flight. Classic blend is the best plastic ever made for a putter becasue its nice and grippy, but still has enough stiffness for a smooth putt.

    The Beadless Judge

The Warden has been out for awhile now, and I acquired two of the new scented Wardens (Orange and Blueberry, if you're curious) at a recent tournament simply because they didn't have a huge selection for payouts, and these smelled nice. Anyway, I got to putt with these a bunch and here are some quick thoughts:

Simply put, the Warden is a Judge without the bead. Flies the same, feels the same (less the giant bead of the Judge) and grips the chains the same. Its a great upshot disc as it is very straight with just a bit of fade at the end. Very easy to range and putt into the chains.

All in all, if you like the Judge but had a bead, the Warden is for you.

Was looking for a reliable, beadless putter and the Warden is it!

The Classic Blend plastic is my new favorite for putters. The perfect 'blend' between the slick, hard plastic and the floppy, soft plastic.

In and around the circle, the Warden has just enough glide to float your line and just enough fade to know what she's going to do. Outside the circle, it's a straight workhorse!

Haven't thrown it off the box yet, but I can only assume it will be dead-straight with only a tad of fade. However, without the bead it does lose some stablity but for most players this will not be noticeable.

The Warden is a great putter because it is very comfortable in your hand, along with having plenty of glide to make it to the basket on longer putts. The Classic Blend plastic provides a great grip and just the right amount of stiffness for my taste. Buy one and you won't regret it.
