    Disc - 173 Champion Krait

Feel - The Krait feels similar to a wraith in the hand in my opinion and it fits nicely for both backhand and forehand shots.

Flight - The Krait is a very interesting disc. It is very straight for a high speed driver and gets really good distance. If you do not want to throw your max distance driver the Krait is a great option instead. It is very controllable and reliable. It is somewhat overstable but the fade is less than what I expected.

Overall - Very interesting disc that does not seem to have many parallels on the market. Most similar to the Innova wraith but with less fade. Definitely an interesting disc that people should give a try.

The Krait was one of the very first non-starter set discs I ever bought (along with a Teedevil). Both are terrible discs for a beginner, so I set them aside until my form improved enough to be able to throw them. The Krait in champion plastic feels similar in the hand to a Destroyer, but with a slightly slimmer rim. Haven't thrown it in any other plastic, but champion feels a bit more overstable than expected, but due to Innova's production inconsistencies that could be due to several different factors. Overall I don't think the Krait is a terrible mold, but rather an unnecessary one; I now keep it in my bag for whenever I need to drive over a body of water.

I am a recreational player so I feel like this disc is more like a 11/5/-.5/2.5 so a bit more stable than I would have thought. But I do really like the way it fights the wind.  On windy days, I can rip this disc and it cuts through the wind and fights to get to the ground with a consistent fade.  On non-windy days I keep it in the bag but on windy days this disc saves my game.

Because it's in the champion plastic, this disc flies more stable than its numbers suggest. I added this to my Christmas wish list back in September/October when I was just getting into the sport hoping it would become my main driver, but now that I've learned more technique and disc knowledge, I would have steered clear probably. It wil fly straight for me at full power, but will fade pretty hard left after not a lot of distance. I can throw my Innova Shryke over 400' (start plastic), but this one doesn't come near that distance.
