I was really excited to get this disc (163g) and felt even better after my first time out with it.  Typically I have issues with throwing too high, but for some reason, everything I threw with this disc was a waist-high laser that held a straight line for as long as I needed it to.  Huge Prodigy fan, so from the first moment I held it, I loved the mold and the feel of the 400G plastic (I love the feel of all their plastics, really).

My only gripe - and this might be more me than the disc - is every round since I've had great trouble avoiding worm-burns with this disc.  Again, when I'm struggling, it's because I'm throwing high.  But lately, especially on windier courses, I can't get this thing to stay in the air.  I throw other discs the exact same way, and they stay up and/or go to high; I throw this one, and it goes 100 feet before burning grass.  I'm gonna work with it more and see if I can make some adjustments, but it's just the strangest thing that now prevents me from pulling it out in all situations that might typically call for it.  (I'm also not very good, so if you're more experienced/consistent looking for a nice fairway driver, I think this disc hsa a lot of potential.)

I recently was given one of these discs and definitely have not been disappointed. I had never thrown one of these before, so I didn't know what to expect at all given the fact that I hadn't even seen the flight ratings to see what the disc is "supposed" to do. Given my experience, throwing this mold in 400 plastic at 174 grams, I have really come to like this disc. It seems to hold any line I put it on. When thrown on hyzer, the disc stays true and travels over 300 feet for me. When put on anhyzer, the disc has a narrow flex and can grab me and extra 30 feet or so personally. I have also come to really enjoy throwing this disc on a hard, flat line which has been resulting in a very dead straight shot for me that I have confidence throwing into any gap. I suggest that anyone who needs a reliable disc that can be used for any line should grab this disc and try it out.

Prodigy's F2 is a nice, but workable, stable fairway driver. The disc is comfortable in hand with a smaller rim, and I was able to get clean releases consistently. The flight reminds me quite a bit of an Eagle X. It has some turn when thrown hard, but it has that healthy, consistent fade. If you wanted one mold to cycle, the F2 would be a great choice.

I started throwing Prodigy this past year.  Of their different lines (D, X, F,  etc. ) my favorite may be the F (fairway drivers) .

The F2 is easily my favorite in the F series.  I have a 400g 168g F2.  I like the narrower rim.  It's very easy to control.  While it is solidly overstable,  it's not a meathook.

For me it's FASTER than I thought it would be and I use it for long,  controlled drives into a headwind at times.  It definitely fills the slot between an overstable midrange and an overstable driver.

IMO this disc is a must have in my bag.

The 400G F2 is a very interesting disc to throw.  Thrown flat with some power it'll turn for a bit then fade pretty hard. Thrown with a little hyzer it holds the angle and fades for as long as it's in the air.  A little anhyzer produces a huge turnover with a little fight at the end.  If you want to bag a single fairway mold this is definitely option, but I would dabble in some of the other plastics.  The 400G is suprisingly more stable than the 750s I've tried and the glide doesn't seem to be quite the same.  These may be older runs, but that's the reason for the iffy review. The numbers suggest a pretty straight disc with a sturdy fade, but there's plenty of turn to be had with this one.
