500 Plastic was development over a considerable period of time to formulate a blend based upon player feedback. It has a stiffer, less gummy feel than 400 Plastic. The 500 blend provides an extremely confident grip on the firm, yet flexible flight plate. It also provides a very solid feeling rim.

I tried it out when someone bet me it was the straightest disc ever made. I have to say, this isn't far off. I have been searching for the Prodigy equivalent to replace my Cicada (which I really loved - just live close to Prodigy and try to throw the home brand). This finally did it for me. Slightly more torque resistant but hardly any fade at the end. Just keeps pushing straight.

It is an extremely versatile disc that I use regularly. Nothing extreme on the distance, but that is not what I am looking for in my 7 speed neutral slot. I want something that has the ability push out a little further than my straight mid but with the same flight. A flat throw with about 290-320 feet of power will get an ever so slight turn and move gently back to the middle of the fairway. It is also an awesome disc for throwing that steep hyzer to pushing fade shot that is very useful. Although I don't typically use this for turnover shots, it holds them as well as any neutral seven speed I have thrown.

Overall, love the disc and use it all the time. Haven't used it long enough to assess durability (about 2 months, but already hit plenty of trees), but will likely be similar to other 500 plastics. Will slowly beat in and gradually become more understable. Until then, I am loving this out of the box.

I really wanted to like the F2. I was hoping for a slightly more stable compliment to my F3s so I wouldn't need to try and find stable F3s but this was not the case with the one I received. It's flight is practically identical to my seasoned F3. Flips up, rides, then fades gently. It's a fine disc and feels good but it's not different enough from the F3 I currently bag to make it to the main bag. Will do for a backup though.

This disc, right here, blew me away on the first throw. Pulled it out of the box and took it to a fairway driver field work sesh. Put it up against Teebirds, Teebird3s, Rivals, TL3s, TLs, Stalkers, Pipelines, and more. This disc pushed 50 feet beyond all those on incredible S-lines right out of the box. Consistently. The glide over the previously mentioned discs is extremely noticeable, and I'm the type of guy who usually says its the archer, not the arrow. But dang...

Noticeable turn and great low speed fade. I actually burned it on a low liner that was a little too low for the F2. The Rival, for example, would have pulled out of the same throw, so I'm going to put this at a 2 fade. Still a very shapeable flight pattern, I just have to be wary of releasing too flat and low. A little hyzer or height should fix that.

Despite the similar numbers as the previously mentioned discs, this was traveling as far as my 9 speeds. I think I'm actually going to start bagging this alongside my Rivals and Barela TB3 for a dynamic 7-8 speed lineup. It's that different.

Awesome disc and I can't believe this is the first review of it in 500!
