I recently have switched over to a full prodigy bag, and like nesrly all prodigy throwers I have an M4 as my neutral/understable mid.

For years, the Comet has been the backbone of my bag to open up the left side of the fairway for me. The m4 was what I hoped would be my Comet. Its not.

The M4 does have some great glide to it, and it also far more suited for longer powered throws without turning and burning. I can throw a further shot with later turn than I could with my Comets. However I find the M4 doesn't do finesse turnovers quite as well. Its a touch too stable for me to do my lefty comet nonsense.

The M4 is still a great disc, but I just don't have the raging fanboi love for it that I had for my last US mid.

The M4 is a useful tool in every ones bag.  For the more experienced player it can be great for turn over shots with no fade.  A beginner will like it for very straight and accurate drives.  The 400G plastic is one of the best I've thrown.  It won't slip in the cold and won't change the flight of the disc after one tree hit.  Overall the M4 is a great disc for any player looking for an understable disc with little fade.
