The Westside King is one of the FASTEST golf discs on the market. While this ultra-fast disc is overstable, it has a decent amount of turn, allowing it to glide and fly further than most discs this fast. Although the King has a 14 speed rating, its rim is a moderate 2.3cm. This is an excellent disc for intermediate and advanced players who want to get more distance on their drives.

As a new player, this is the first driver i can consistently  flip to flat , and have it go dead straight 400 ft. And then hard fade out. I love the predictably.  This mold has consistently been my max distance driver at around 400 ft.   CANT GO wrong with origio burst . It is grippy but releases on a dime.

Summary: Probably the worst disc to come in a beginner set, but one that you'll truly enjoy having.

Feel: The rim is the thickness more of a 13 speed than the 14 that it says on it. The plastic is pretty decent for baseline, very firm and with a little give to it. Comfortable in the ways you would have to learn to like.

Flight: The fact that it comes in a beginner set is pretty funny as it was the equivelant of a firebird in a beginners hand. Thrown close to properly still leads it to be more overstable than you'd want out of a "beginner" disc. It is still a very fun disc to throw and one you'd find enjoyable to keep around for as long as you don't lose it.
