The P2 is a straight flying, but slightly overstable putter made by Discmania. This disc is stable enough that it can handle headwind throws and fairly long approach shots. This putter was designed specifically for pro players, but can be useful for disc golfers of all skill levels. This was the first disc that Discmania brought back when they took over their own production.

Best putter ever made, plain and simple. I cycled through a bunch of different options before settling on the P2 but I was looking for something that would come close to a KC Pro Aviar without the annoying bead on it. The P2 is a terrific putting putter that gives a consistent clean release but can also hold up to being used off of the tee without immediately flipping over. Versatility and consistency make this the top putter on the market. Get yourself a few.

The p2 is great for all skill levels. It is the perfect balance between stiffness and gripyness. I personally use it for a putting putter and it sticks to the chains very well

The P2 was my primary putting putter for a long time before the Gateway Wizard took its place. It has a very deep feel which gives me a lot of confidence in putting with power and the disc always has enough to stability to crash back towards its target. Despite not putting P2's anymore, I still keep a very beat in one for lazer straight or turnover putter shots.

As a beginner there are so many to choose from. So far these have been the by far the most comfortable in the hand. I had been using the Judge for a while because it is solid and affordable/available. This just feels a lot more comfortable and I have a little more confidence with it.

Summary: If you prefer a slightly deeper putter, as well as a beadless one.

Feel: The Flex 2 plastic is moderately durable for those missed putts, but baseline enough to have good grip for putting. The shape may seem strange at first, but feels comfortable in the hand. The outer rim is flat for resting the finger on, making it a little slower of a disc.

Flight: The flight when putting is generally the same as all others within the circle. When thrown though, it holds up fairly well to not get overpowered easily. Maybe a little more overstable than the numbers would suggest, great for wind resistance when needed.

I've used this as a putting putter for a short time as well as a throwing putter (as a C-line Sky God IV).

For putting, the depth took a small adjustment period (think "Aviar but a bit deeper") but ultimately a bit slow for my liking

The Sky God was almost unthrowable for me. Deeper than the D-line P2's so my smaller hands had a difficult time getting a comfortable grip and suuuper sharp on the bottom to the point where it hurt a little on release.

For larger hands, give it a shot but for smaller mitts there may be better options

My favorite putter I have ever used, however not the most beginner friendly as it is very stable I would say it's a lot more stable for throwing in a base line plastic then any other putter I have thrown but I personally love that and also with have a nose up spin putt it works perfect. Over all the best putter I have ever used.

I purchased four White D-Line Flex 2s. Before putting with these, they felt amazing. Stiff and tacky. However, after 30-45 minutes of putting in the backyard, the putters are already cut, scraped, dented, scratched...just completely destroyed. Heck, they even change colors and have black skid marks all over them. I know this is base plastic, but c'mon. I've been playing a lot of years and I've tried tons of base line putters. This is the most nondurable plastic that I have ever seen. Infinite won't let me return them, but that's understandable as it's not their fault. Discmania won't let me return/exchange them either. They just gave me a 20% off coupon and said sorry for your loss. I would stay clear of the D-Line Flex-2 and hope for a better plastic option in the future.

Disc flies great but one hit off the top band on a putt and there is very noticeable indents in the rim where it hit. Thought it may have just been a fluke but it has happened to multiple of them.

The P2 is the gold standard for putters. There was a while where I could not get any and I tried other molds, but none of them felt/performed the same. The new flex 2 plastic has great grip and the stiffness you want from a putting putter.

Well, this was my savior for putting, I've tried literally mostly every putter in the game from every brand, From Luna's, Challenger, Fierce, Challenger OS, Aviars, Yeti pro aviar, Judges, Wardens, Alpacas, Nomads, Keystone, daggers... None of them are the P2 for me. P2s have helped me get my putting game better, more confident, fit in the hand good, the D-line flex 2 plastic is hard like you want in a putting putter, firm and grippy.  Good for any putting style you wanna do i can do spin putts and splush putts with it, most of all they beat in nicely, very durable also i cant say enough about this putter if you haven't given it a try i would absolutely recommenced it for you. The one complaint i have is the newer P2s are less over stable than the older P2s but still are fantastic.

Right off the bat I noticed the new P2's are less stable than the old. Still a great putting putter but not a good thrower. Too understable to throw. The flex 2 plastic has a nice grip and is fairly firm which feels nice. Point and shoot. Very straight in the circle.

I recently purchased a P2 and overall from what I have seen I would say it is a great putter. Many people love to putt with this disc, personally I'm not a huge fan just because I like my putters to be a little more shallower. Driving putter however in my opinion it is great, It is a great straight flight to overstable finish for me and is exactly what I was looking to have in my bag.The depth of the putter for driving still is something I am trying to get accustomed to, but overall its flight definitely had me intrigued after first throwing it. If you like a nice slightly overstable throwing putter I think this is great, or if you like an overstable putting putter that has some depth to it I'd recommend this as well.

I have two D-Line flex 2 plastic P2s, and I love them. First, I appreciate how affordable they are. These are perfect practice putters because you can buy a bunch of them for a relatively low price. Second, I like the feel of the D-Line flex 2 plastic. It is super easy to grip in all weather conditions.

I prefer to use these putters exclusively for putting. They fly great as throwing putters, but I like to use the Zone because it is so versatile. The P2 probably isn't the most comfortable if you have small hands.

I got the new p2 to throw and not to putt with and unfortunately I just haven't been able to fall in love with it. I got it to replace a neutron envy that I lost because those have become very hard to find and very expensive recently and I've heard from so many people that the p2 is an amazing throwing putter.

The disc flies exactly how I want it to - straight with an overstable finish which is perfect, but it just doesn't fit right in my hand at all. I love the feeling of a low profile putter because I like to power grip almost every throw, and that's the problem with the p2 for me. I can't power grip it because it's simply too big for me.

All in all, if you're looking for a throwing putter and you power grip your throws I don't think I can recommend the p2 unless you've got pretty big hands, but if you fan grip I think it would be a great disc for you. The p2 is a great flying disc in a very good plastic, but it just doesn't quite check off the boxes for me to fall in love with it.

I love this putter, the flight from 66' in is so predictable, you can essentially just change your aim up and right by a small degree for every few steps you take back and you know it's gonna go in. It feels amazing and my hand, the new D-line plastic feels better than Innova DX plastic, and it just as a perfect balance of glide and stability. Made me switch to these over my Pures.

For throwing, it's incredibly torque resistant, it does not flutter on forehands at all. You can turn it over with enough power like any putter, but it's very gentle and predictable with a solid fade at the end. It does not go as far as an Envy, but it's not really trying to, this is a great control and approach putter.

Man, it feels good to have the P2 back in my hands. I went 8 months missing putts with every other company. Putters are personal preference, end of the story. So I'm only going to talk about flight numbers. I would say all are correct, but the fade is more a 1.5 or 2 especially when throwing this putter. This thing bombs out to 350+ and still fades to finish. Id recommend it to anybody.

Man, I finally found something I like more than my Lat 64 pure, which is a great disc. This thing is amazing to me. It's so much better than an aviar, I don't see why people compare them. It's more like a pure with a little added height, which feels great in my giant hands. Might not be for everybody, but this is what I plan to change to putting with.

I use D-Line P2s for putting and P-Line Stiff P2s for driving. I love them both equally. I love the feel of the P2 in hand and they have been a large part of my development this year. Practicing form with P2s is great, they are really responsive discs. When you start to get all the aspects of your form clicking the P2s really start launching.

For putting they are great. The depth of the disc is pretty hit or miss for people though. I like the mold a lot, I have tried aviars, colts, and envys before settling with P2s. I putt with more confidence that the disc is going to come out at the right place on time, and with a good bit of spin. With a reliable bit of fade at the end the P2 helps me run long flex putts and hyzer putts.

Would recomend to all, but with the side note that it will take a bit of practice when using the P2 as a driving putter.

I was turned on to the P2 by watching Simon Lizotte and hearing about its popularity amongst disc golfers, and I have not looked back! I currently have two D-Line P2s and one P-Line Stiff P2. I use the P-Line P2 as my putting putter and D-Line P2s for upshots and off the tee. In my experience, the P2 is an easy to throw, straight-flying disc with a decent amount of fade at the end of the flight. When I first received the P2s I was disappointed that the flight numbers had changed to a fade of 2.0 (older version have a fade of 1.0) because I was looking for a straight-flier. However, after using the discs for a number of months now I'm realizing that for putting (especially inside the circle or so) the fade does not really factor in. Additionally, it is nice to have a little extra fade on drives/upshots where I need a little distance control.

All and all, I love the P2. Both the D-Line and P-Line Stiff plastics feel really nice in my hand, and I feel like I get a good grip with both plastic types. The D-Line plastics definitely beats in quicker than the P-Line plastic.

The P2 is my favorite up shot putter. It has a super predictable fade at the finish, and can be thrown with some power without turning over. The glide is pretty predictable and for me it feels amazing in the hands. I have fairly large hands, but some of my friends with smaller hands say they prefer a putter with a more shallow rim. I would highly recommend this disc for someone looking for an overstable putter.

I putted and threw P2s for around two years.  I didn't quite find them to be as overstable as many will say, maybe it's because I just remember them after they beat up, but they were fantastic.  They have great stability that they will hold an angle but fight out.  I normally threw mine with a slight hyzer or flat with low power to get up to the basket.  If I were to every switch back to beadless putters I would go back to P2s.  There is a reason that almost all sponsored innova and discmania pros putt with this putter.

The P2 is an Aviar-ish putter, though slightly more overstable than an Aviar, in my experience.  It holds a super straight line on level spin putts, but where it really shines for me is on approaches.  Thrown low, level, and slightly nose up, it stays on the line and goes laser straight.  And if you keep it low enough, you never even see the fade at the end.  This disc is also great for shorter drives.  It does a good job of resisting turn, has a reasonable amount of glide, and the fade at the end lets you shape lines with it.

I have the P2 in glow D line plastic, which means that it has its fair share of nicks and scratches, but so far that has not affected the flight of the disc as far as I can tell.  The grip on this plastic is also nice for putting.  For a putter, its rim depth is about average, but players with smaller hands may struggle to power grip this disc.  It's very controllable and very dependable.  There's a reason that this is one of the most popular putters out there.

My form is no where near perfect, so when I get a good clean pull using this as a throwing putter it just wants to glide dead straight for days. It also handles elevation change like a champ. There's a course I play every now and then that has a hole that's about 230ft downhill with an OB backside edge of circle 1. I'll throw this straight and smooth and let it just float down the hill, and with any luck it'll skid softly short of the pin giving me an easy birdie look.

I love the feeling of the D-Line plastic compared to other base plastics. I had originally bought this as a throwing putter, but found that as it beat in I was alternating between this disc and my pure depending on distance for reliable putts. I much prefer the feeling of this disc over the aviar.

I had this disc in DLine until I lost it. It's a very straight flier, medium to deep dish. The bland of plastic is the same as DX from Innova. So OK. For me personally I like a shallower feel to throw and putt, but I can't fault this disc at all. It does what it does well. Nice flight and glide.

To me, it is like taking an Aviar P&A and just stretching it out a bit. It is deeper, beefier, and more overstable when throwing. It also reminds me of a beadless KC Aviar. Putters are very dependent on the individual, and this one happened to feel the best for me. If you want something a little beefier feeling than the classic Aviar, this is an excellent one to try.

I putt with an MVP Ion for years and finally decided to make a switch due to inconsistency of my release based on hotter/colder weather. This putter is the best putter I've ever putt with!!! I wish I would have made the change years ago. I have played Open for a few years now and it seemed that every tournament I played in, I would have that one bad round and it was usually due to a putting breakdown. The P2 has all but eliminated the guess-work from my putting and I know exactly how this disc will fly every time I putt. As an added bonus I can throw this thing off of the tee with full power with a moderate to slight hyzer angle and it holds up to the power. This is the most important disc in my bag.

Call me crazy, but this disc just does not fit well in my hand. I seem to prefer a lower profile, flat top putter. I own five P2's both in D line and P line glow and I just cannot get this disc comfortable in my hand. If you prefer a beadless, deeper putter that has consistent fade than this is the disc for you. Outside the circle it is difficult to get a good release. Putter is all preference and this disc is the best selling putter in disc golf for a reason. Try different putters and see what they feel like. Everyone is different!

I traded a friend of mine one KC Pro Aviar and I received three D Line P2s. Trade away one disc for three in return? Count me in. These are pretty nice putters. The D-Line plastic feels moderately stiff with a nice grip and a pleasantly surprising level of durability. They make for trustworthy approach discs, almost always fighting back to flat and fading out at the end of the flight. Using a hyzer putting style, these things are awesome. Great for in the circle putting. Minus one star because they're just missing that certain SOMETHING to make me fall in love with them and abandon other putters.

This disc changed my putting game.  How you rate a putter will always depend on your hands and your putting technique.  To me this disc feels similar to an Aviar.

Previously all the putters I've tried have left me wanting more.  Sometimes the disc would "slip" out , sometimes it would "stick" to my hand.  Lots of frustrating missed putts.  This disc immediately fixed those issues for me.  I'm a push putter and I was making maybe 40-50% from 20ft previously.  Now I'm making about 60%.  The D-line plastic is cheap and perfect for a putter.  Give it a try!

Easily the best throwing putter on the market right now. I always struggled to throw putters consistantly off the tee but this disc has solved that at least somewhat. Turns out the putters I was trying to throw off the tee were either too stable or not stable enough for me and the p2 was the perfect fit! I really like the deep beadless rim for a clean and consistant release.

The P2 is a great putter that feels awesome in the hand. if you're not a fan of beaded putters and are looking for a deep feel this is the one for you. It has a similar feel to McPro aviars or Tour series aviars but is a bit deeper, griper and a touch more overstable. You will notice it starting to hyzer out as it hits the basket

I used this putter early on when I started and didn’t really care for it. At the time I was still learning plastics and everything. I recently started using the P2 as a throwing putter and it quickly became both my throwing putter and putting putter. I use it only in D-Line and love it. Even for being D-Line it maintains its flight even after a lot of use (and free hits) fairly well. It’s a great driving putter as well. I cannot speculate on forearm throws with it due to not having a good forearm.

I wish I tried it sooner, but that being said I find this putter to be more advanced than what I was using prior.  It makes me have to commit, which I like.  Seems to catch amazingly well.  And it's the best throwing putter out there - straight with good stability and a touch of low speed fade.  Can't wait to beat a few in to dead straight and understable.

This putter is excellent. The D-Line plastic is one of the best for putters, cheap, firm, and feels great. The P2 itself feels almost identical to the Aviar. I think it is maybe a little flatter on the top with less of a dome on the shoulders of the disc, that being said, it is really hard to tell the difference. I use the P2 mainly for putting, but I have thrown it a couple times, and it does have a nice flight, almost perfectly straight, but the angles are controllable. Overall, one of the best putters around. Note: this review is a 5/5 stars, I can’t seem to get it off of the 1 Star :(

I use the d-line P2 as my main putter for both circle one and circle two putting. I have been using them for a year now and find that it is a perfect fit in my hand, is beadless, and has some reliable fade. Another reason I went with the P2 as my main putter is because I also throw a c-line P2 for straight to stable upshots and putter drives. I really like consistency and comfort when throwing so I keep multiples of fewer molds in my bag. Since the P2 is great to putt and throw with, it is a no brainer if it feels good in your hands.

I've been trying to find a putter to settle on lately that has comfortable grip, nice glide, and decent stability. After trying Wizards, Aviars of all kinds, and a number of others, I have settled on the P2. This thing has the glide I want when putting and off the tee. When putting, it is pretty straight with a bit of fade at the end when I start to push outside the circle. Off the tee, the P2 has the stability I'm looking for fresh, while still beating into a nice straight to turnover disc in a short time. The D-line plastic feels nice and tacky in hand. If you are not a beadless fan, this is not the putter for you, but if you like that feel, give the P2 a try.

The absolute best all around putter there is.  Period.  It is stable in the wind, it is great for approaches, and is an amazing putting putter.  Get one

This is my go to putter when there is not much wind. The D-line plastic feels great in all weather conditions and the putter is perfect for a slight hyzer finish. The rim is rather deep so if you are looking to use this as an approach disc, I would suggest the harp instead.

Absolutely love this putter in the d line. I tried the s-line and found it to be a little too overstable for my push/spin putt. The d-line beats in very quickly and becomes a dead straight putter. I moved my p-line p2's to a driving and approach part of my bag which has worked well.

I have a few friends I played with that rave about how good of a putter this is. I decided to pick one up myself and I'm very happy with its performance. This is my go to disc within 100 feet of the pin and it has a very consistent flight pattern with dependable fade.

After a 2 year search i've landed on p2. This disc feels amazing in my hand. Im 6ft1in and the deep profile feels great.

    Great glide

    Effortless push putts

D line is hard enough to get a good pop but grippy enough to hold up in the wet and cold.

My personal favorite putter. I have always come back to this one. Love harp putting and an aviar is always nice but i just love putting this one in the hole. it flies well and feels great on the hands.

Best putter I have ever had I bag two of these and have five in total and love them so much. The D line makes in nice and gripy during those cold months. Highly recommend them to all players.

Picked this up to try and find a cheap putter to bring some consistency in my bag. As much as i like to drive with putters, i found the rim to be a bit to deep for me. From inside circle 2 though i feel very comfortable and confident holding the D line plastic.

Best throwing putter in the game IMO. I use this disc for nearly all shots under 200 ft and can rely on its straight flight and overstable finish. D-Line plastic beats in nicely, but it holds its stability longer than you might think.

I actually got a P line and a D line. My original intention was to use the D line to drive and the P line to put with thinking the more expensive plastic would be great for putting. What i discovered is that it was the opposite the D line has a great feel for using a fan grip and has become my go to putter. I used to throw the Aviar and this disc is rally similar, but I seem to be a little more accurate with the P2.

I love this disc. This is my go to putter! I use it for short and long putts during the day and night with the Dline Glow plastic. I was a big believer in an aviar but once i put this in my hand there was no going back. I would recommend this to anyone who is beginning to learn how to putt or professional players looking for a reliable go to putter!

Best putter ever made. Just a touch overstable but very accurate. Headwind? No problem. D-line is great because it's cost-effective and perfect for breaking in your putters to that sweet spot and cycling through a few. Buy your putters in pairs, and get a few extra for practice.

I carry two of these in D-Line plastic. Its very firm and hard, kinda like a Classic Aviar. To my surprise, the D-Line plastic has held its stability for a long time. It took around 50 rounds of throwing and putting one for it to be noticeably different from a brand new one.

I have a newer one that I throw and use for head wind putts. On throws, it handles power and flies straight with a good fade at the end. The p2 has more high speed stability than an Aviar

My friend recently let me borrow his D-line P2, as I was looking for a nice consistent putter.  I fell instantly in love with this disc, and have since purchased my own.  This disc is nice and stiff (but not too stiff) and it's beadless, which is the kinda putter that I have come to like.  It is nice and straight within the circle, and from outside the circle it has a nice predictable fade to it.  It's my putter of choice now, and I wish I would have found it sooner.  Pick up a P2 today and start hearing more chains!

The Discmania P2 is one of those"gold standard" putters. The reliable fade makes the P2 a great putter for a variety of situations and putt styles, and the beadless rim feels great in the hand.

As a putter, the P2's great strength is it's consistency. Headwind or tailwind, long or short, spin putt or push putt, the P2 is capable of being a go-to putter for almost everyone.

As a throwing putter, especially in s line plastic, it is a straight flyer with a predictable overstable finish. A great driving putter for straight tunnel shots.

The P2 isn't the first putter I would suggest to a new golfer. New players might struggle on longer putts with the overstable finish and low glide. But for players with a more developed form, the P2 will carry you through season after season, allowing you to stay confident on the green.

The P2 is one of the most consistent putters on the market. Pick up a stack and they will all show you the line you put them on. The slight overstable finish of the d-line is a perfect complement for flat and hyzer putters alike. There is a reason top Discmania and Innova pros trust this putter year in and year out.

The D-line P2 175g has replaced my XT Aviar 175g putter.  The P2 top is flatter (has less dome) than the Aviar top and feels better in my hand.  It actually feels not as deep as the Aviar.  It is more stable than the XT Aviar which I like.  Probably a McPro Aviar is more stable than the XT Aviar.  But I prefer a putter than does not feel so deep.  I have not tried a McPro Aviar.

Jeremy Koling, Nate Sexton, Simon Lizotte, Eagle McMahon, and Jennifer Allen are putting with P2's.

I also use it for upshots that are 100 ft or less.  My C-line P2 has more dome around the edges which I don't like so I use the D-line P2 instead for upshots.

The D-Line P2 has become interchangeable for me with the McPro Aviar in every way from the awesome feel in the hand to the reliable flight path. The one thing that gives the P2 an edge is their overall availability. McPros come out for limited runs each year and can get expensive and hard to find. A good 175g P2 however can be found any season for a consistent and reasonable price. My main putter is a Dagger inside the circle, but anywhere outside that range, especially if wind is a factor, I reach for the P2. It really is an upshot miracle worker if you give it enough juice and trust it to do what you need it to do.

The flight pattern when putting is awesome and trustworthy! But  the d-line plastic is slippery for my hand. P2 is awesome disc, you need to try it!

I absolutely love the Discmania P2. I bag 4 P2's because a P2 covers just about any shot. I have 2 D-Line P2's for all my putts because in D-Line, the P2 flys straight with minimal fade. I carry a S-Line P2 for my drives, upshots, and headwind drives because the P2 is more stable in S-Line. I also carry a beat up D-Line P2 for under stable approaches. I can throw it high on an anhyzer and it will hold the line and glide right to the basket. I find that the P2 is slightly shallower than the aviar so it's good for beginners who use the Innova DX starter set but want a shallower putter. If you are looking for an all around putter look no further than the Discmania P2.

Awesome putter! I tried many putters before I found the P2. Have 2 matching D-line 175g for putting and a 172g for throwing and longer putts. Will be my choice for years to come.

I've putted with P2's for at least a year now, and I don't think I'll ever go back. I love the feel. Pretty much a beadless aviar with a blunt nose. They've got great glide, and I love the depth of the rim. D-Line is pretty straight with a reliable fade, but nowhere near as overstable as the S-Lines.

Good disc. I have it in D Line and I prefer to use it for short up-shots or as a driver on short holes. I bought it for my inside the circle putts but I don't love the shape of the rim.

The P2 is a blunt-nosed Aviar. If you want a more stable aviar without a bead, the P2 is your best friend. I have been putting with a P2 since last September, and don't see myself going back. I use a D-P2 as my go-to putter, especially for jump putts. In windy conditions, I will switch to an X-P2 inside the circle for the added stability and less glide.
