I don't know if this was misprinted as a vulcan and its actually the most OS groove ever (as there is an indent on the rim).

If it is a Vulcan though... This disc though is unique. The flight is as I can only describe what a Meta-Tilt would be if it was more OS.

Easily the most overstable disc I've ever thrown. Good for utility shots (ie... short extreme anhyzer forehand approaches that will fight back or a short skip with HEAVY fade) but other than that its almost unusable.

For context, I do have decent power (395-450 average) so it's not a speed issue. I can only assume something happened during the mold process that made this fly the way it does. I carry it along for heavily wooded courses where you can find yourself in need of uniquely shaped shots. Otherwise this stays home.

The Vulcan is an alright disc, it has a bolt feel to it and similar flight path to it as well. The rim is quite wide and a little uncomfortable to hold.

The understability of the Vulcan is too much for my liking. I have a hard time throwing it consistent enough that it will fly end straight in front of me, it usually lands on the right side of me. Even when I try to throw it with a hyzer flip it will still end up turning over and fade to the right.

Overall not my favorite disc, a little to understable for my liking.

I play at altitude and tend to Hyzer flip my drives, and my usual driver for calm conditions is a max weight Daedalus.  I was really hoping to get a bump in distance from the blizzard Vulcan, but I have been mostly disappointed.

In my experience the light weight Vlucan comes out of my hand faster, but (unsurprisingly) slows dowm more quickly, unless I have a tailwind.  So the effect, as compared with my more conventional drivers, is that I get more high speed turn AND a more sudden, sharp fade.  Basically the disc flips, glides out to the right, then runs out of steam and dives down to the left.

While this flight shape can be great on the right hole, and I can get massive distance in the right wind conditions, in general it's more finicky and not really giving me more distance than my heavier discs.  So it's more of a specialty disc that I pull out only a couple times in a round.

FWIW I've come to really like this disc for overheads.  The low weight comes in handy there, and I find the understable flight path on overheads useful for escape shots.
