The MVP Cosmic Electron Soft Atom adds extra flexibility to the burst-pattern plastic, giving it superior grip and chain-grabbing ability. The Cosmic Electron Soft Atom maintains the Atom’s neutral, straight flight with a softer hand feel.

    Cosmic Electron Soft Details

Electron Soft is MVP's mid-grade plastic, but with more flex and surface grip. While it is not a very durable plastic, it is liked for putters if you like great grip and flexible discs. The Cosmic Electron plastic has added swirls and color patterns.

I picked up a couple of soft electron Atoms after trying out some at putting league. I really liked the feel of them as they were quite comfortable. And my release was very clean. I currently putt with medium Shields and they have the same flight ratings as the Atom. But they putt and drive totally different. I would say the Atom is more like a 3/4/0/0.5. They are very glidey and very straight. The soft electron plastic has kind of a chalky feeling to it. I am very used to westsides tacky BT medium plastics. However, I have noticed that the electron soft plastics eventually beat in to a tacky feeling over time. I will continue to practice with these and see if I make the switch. I am also wanting to try out the Proxy and Envy too. But if you are looking for a straight C1 putter with a good feel, this could be your magic putter.

The Atom putter is one of the best I've thrown hands down. I currently run Neutron Atoms as a midrange/short drive disc and I use the Cosmic (and non-cosmic) Electron Soft Atoms. These putters have just the right amount of grip and flex. Just like the Neutron Atoms, these fly really straight but will maintain any hyzer/anhyzer line you put it on. In my experience, I've been able to putt out to 30 ft before seeing any fade. I highly recommend this disc.
